I researched on this already - Baldwin BF7534 and Fleetguard FF5160 W&L has lubefiner instead of fleetguard for Fuel filters.
This will fit the fuel filter assembly with the pump on top which is usually found in Isuzu and Mitsubishi not sure about the others
