But your going to need a filter head adapter to run any secondary filter set up. Might be hard to find one there if not impossible. Using a remote oil filter adpater is a good easy solution but it's easier if you use a filter with a 3/4 16th thread pattern.

Dvldoc, I have seen a dual filter system on an Isuzu one has the usual primer pump on one and a small filter head attachment for another one. This might work for other cars too
