My take on this is that the oil, which hasn't reached operating temp yet, is still inefficient at doing its job immediately after a cold start. The noise should eventually dissipate as the engine warms up. If not, then you have a problem.

If nag papalit ng spark plugs every 10k, i'm assuming na regular din ang oil change? Then if dati na nya ginagawa (yun pag rev at nagmamadali) at ngayon lang nangyare, assuming na same oil, hmm ano kaya....
