the casa diagnosed that my turbo for the grand starex is defective due to actuator problem. Talaga bang papalitan yun buong assembly? Di daw bumubuka yun turbo vanes (not exactly sure of the term used). If I use it still with a turbo not functioning, will it damage the engine?
