Mas maganda if you pair WIX with AMSOIL sure best buddies silang dalawa ni oil and filter kahit magkaiba yung distributors sa Philippines.

Also I just found out that only the Philippines in Southeast Asia is very strong sa VIC filters, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam & etc... they don't purchase or have VIC filters.

Tsaka Pinoy mas gusto talaga Japan made parts vs China or Taiwan when it comes to automobiles kasi sa tingin ko ha.

Maling-mali eh. Sumikat yan egr blanking sa monstero so ayun minalas bigla NagSUA.

So ang lesson eh you dont test nature para iwas malas. May purpose na nga EGR tapos babarahan nyo pa.

question lang. wix filter and amsoil oil are much recommended. pero i just saw amsoil also makes their own filters. are amsoil filters not as reliable as the oil they make?

Either brand is reputable. You can't go wrong with choosing one over the other.

    I go with Wix because they're bang-for-the-buck.

Sorry pero no good, Aisin filters are outsourced by Aisin Aftermarket Singapore from one of the cheapest filter factory in China they are meant to be more on masa low end filters even lower than VIC quality. Can't recommend it, as Aisin has never produced a single filter in it's history as an O.E. parts manufacturer.

Those two brands are not engine oil manufacturers nor sellers.

Toyota innova and hiace blank din egr dito sa shuttle at service vehicles. Wala naman SUA issue.

    Puro ka imbento eh.

what im trying to point out ry ry eh napakabackward barriotic ng EGR blanking kaya minamalas mga desel.

and basahin mo yung post ko, ultin mo. Sabi ko si amsoil overprice so ang technique para hgh zddp eh check the api rating if its CI-4/SL or CH4/SJ eh mataas na zinc nyan.

Same as other brand na synthetic. Amsoil is US brand, Malaki na patong pagdating sa atin. Use their signature series 5w30 diesel, malaki bawas after 5,000 km.Dipstick malapit na sa lower hole. Top up ng 1L. 5w40 signature series, after 5k less than .5L topup. Change oil after 10k km.

Thanks. Akala ko kasi Aisin, related to Toyota or something. I’ll just stick with Bosch or Wix then.

Medyo out of topic. I tried amsoil signature series now. I was using the oil from casa before. The noticeable difference I have observed is that there was a slight improvement in fuel consumption and when opening the engine bay, yung singaw niya... it seems to be less hot even after running it hard on the highway in daytime. I’m still changing the oil every 6 months though just to be sure.

Heat is more a function of the cooling system not lubrication.
