Masmahal ang VIC now dahil sa YEN rate which has appreciated(partly affected by the BREXIT) so fast this year, last year the peak rate of Japanese YEN was ¥125=$1 now the exchange rate in August 2016 is now ¥102~99=$1, by this computation the yen has appreciated by 20% since last year therefore products imported from JAPAN will be approximately 15~20% depending on the yen rate. Masmaraming auto supply are buying VIC filters because it is the most popular brand of automotive filter in the Philippines, kumabaga masmabilis ibenta ang VIC and yung price ng VIC filter Japan is the cheapest among the Japanese automotive filter manufacturers in Japan kaya wala na masyadong Japanese brand of filter in the Philippines dahil hindi sila makacompete sa price ng VIC. Dati naglalaban ang mga Japanese brand of filters dito sa Philippines gaya ng UNION, NIPPON MICRO and etc... but dahil nga masyadong mababa price ng VIC compared to the brands mentioned they lost market share to VIC.

offical distributor ng baldwin sa pinas ay volmax, their office is in s. padilla street, binondo manila.

it would really help if you know the baldwin part number that you require.
    example:
suzuki jimny, toyota 4 cylinder engines including diesels (Baldwin BT223)

strada, montero sport (Baldwin bd28 or bd7028).

baldwin also has fuel filters, for montero sport and strada na 4m41, (baldwin BF7534).

hope this helps in a away.

Sorry kulang yung wording sa sentence ng naka italic and underline, this 2016 products imported from Japan will 15-20% more expensive compared to last year 2015. For example if you bought an item for 1000PHP last year, this year it will be priced at 1150-1200PHP.
