Best Diesel Engine Oil and Replacement Oil Filter for Isuzu MU-x?

Sa pagkakaalam ko pag umitim kasi normal yan sa diesel. Ibig sabihin lang naglilinis agad yung langis. Sa gas car ko oo matagal umitim, since cleaner running naman talaga pag gas.

Sa tingin ko same lang yung delo sports at multi-z, since partner ng Isuzu dito ay caltex in making their lubrcants.. just like Toyota with Aisin/Idemitsu and Suzuki with Total.

Heck, sa label nga ng delosports 10w30 ay Dmax, sa 5w40 Alterra naman.

Hindi totoo un. Mas lean burning na kasi ang mga crdi engines kaya matagal na umitim ang oil. Kahit nung multi z pa ang gamit ko matagal din naman umitim.
Ginamitan ko din ng multi z un frontier namin, di pa un crdi. Umitim kagad ang oil.

Ganyan din D-Max ko, pero yung Fortuner namin may langis na tulad ng Delvac1 na umitim agad, tinry ko yung Multi-Z 10w30 sa Fortuner, after 2 weeks light colored parin.

Compared sa Amsoil gaano katagal po ito umitim sa Mu-x niyo?

1st time ko pa lang maglagay ng amsoil. Nasa almost 1k km pa lang un nasa pic. 2 wks pa lang. Kaya hindi ko pa alam.
Totoo din naman na nasa oil din. Kasi sabi ng tropa ko na nakapajero bilis umitim ng shell helix at Castrol, kaya nagstick sya sa delo

Personally di ko type ang shell lubes, magaling lang sa marketing. Tsaka maganda ang services nila sa gas stations

which shell helix? helix is normally for gas but some can do api-cf and not the latest api-cj4

shell rotella is for the diesels

Kahit un shell helix ultra na nakalagay sa mazda3 skyactiv ng utol ko, maingay. Napawow nga un utol ko nung mapalitan ng amsoil. Tapos na kasi un yojin3. Babae pa un, walang alam sa oto, pero naramdaman nya un difference

of course old oil will be noisy. if she had yojin 5w30 oil for the past 12months. coupled with fuel dilution(mazda feature) her old oils viscosity thinned that it will be noisy.

new oil will be quiet for sure. check her oil levels for fuel dilution..if its goes up.

Kahit pa bagong pms un galing mazda, di naman tumatahimik un. Low mileage pa nga un. Sa 24k km naka 6x pms un sa mazda. Last pms july 2018.
*28k km December 2018 pinalitan ko ng amsoil. Same viscosity, 5w30.

Para mo naman sinasabi na kahit na anong oil ilagay e parehas lang na tatahimik. Di ko naman kayo pipilitin na maniwala. Im just sharing my experience.
