    Un fc ko from home to work balikan using delo400 13.5-14 kpL ( 60 km). Sa amsoil 5w40 ss 16.x kpL.
    Ramdam sa acceleration iba talaga kaya kita sa fc.
    Un frequent oil changes may masamang epekto din naman. Nadiscuss to sa BITOG, nagkakaroon ng wear and tear during oil change dahil magkakaron ng delay un pasok ng oil sa engine sa unang andar dahil popondo muna sa filter un oil which is pansin ko din naman dahil personal na ako ang gumagawa ng pms. Kaya pinili ko ang amsoil para extended un drain interval.

    Think of it this way, yung carbon particles na smaller than 95% microns ay di nakukuha ng oil filters, kelangan mo ng bypass filter para mafilter yan. So unless magpakabit ka nun iikot at iikot yang particulates sa loob ng makina mo, causing wear here and there. Kaya if possible I would just suggest a semi-synthetic and change it frequently around 5000km / 6 months if its driven everyday in Manila traffic.

    The proof of this concept is those people with older cars who run the cheapest mineral they could find and change every 5k or 6 months (or even 3k / 3 months!). I've seen Pajeros that are at least 10 years old but the engine sounds so smooth that I could have thought of it as brand new.

    bro ano engine mux mo? thanks sa inputs about using amsoil. currently im using delo 400mgx paired it with js akasahi sa np300 so far better than other mineral i have tried.

    Kaya pinablank ko kagad un egr ko para di mabilis ang carbon build up. Magkasing kulay lang un 5k km oil ng mux ko at mazda3 skyactiv ni utol.
    Bihira din naman kasi ako matrapik. So far 80k+ km na din naman un oto ko, magkasing tunog pa din naman makina nung mux ng tropa na may 5k km odo

    2.5 un akin. Tama naman un feeling mo, sa lahat ng mineral na nagamit ko pinakamaganda yan delo400/delo400 mgx. Sa fc lang magkakatalo vs lighter oil. Pede din iextend ang drain interval nyan, ang claim nga ng chevron kaya gang 80k km. Hehehe! Pero un mga buses dito sa tin every 30k km ang oci, delo400mgx ang gamit.
    Yan ang gamit namin sa frontier 2.7, every 10k km oci. Dati delvac mx gamit nun, nakumpara namin ng tatay ko na pagdating ng 5-6k km na gamit un delvac lumapot na, un delo400 parang bago pa kaya nagstick na kami sa delo400. Pero itong next oil change bumili ako ng amsoil turbo truck hd 15w40 100%synthetic, malalaman kung alin ang mas maganda. Sa April pa namin ilalagay

    Nice, madalas ka yata mag highway sir. Ilang taon yung Mu-x mo? Any encountered issues along the way? (Even if not engine related issues, kahit electrical issues and etc).

    3.5 yrs na sir. Un back up sensors pa lang naman ang nasira. Di ko pa nga nabibigyan ng time na mapalitan.
    Un front brakes umingay nung nag 50k km, kaya pinalitan ko na nung nag 70k km, nangingilo na ngipin ko. Kahit lagyan ko ng copper grease maingay pa din. Sayang makapal pa un pads.
    Un a/c belt nagstart umingay nung 20k km, nilalagyan ko ng belt dressing para tumahimik, pero habang tumatagal nagiging mas frequent un paglalagay ko ng dressing, napagtyagaan ko din gang 70k km, pinalitan ko ng cogged type belt instead of v belt. Malalaman kung gano kabilis iingay ulit. Same brand ng belt, mitsuboshi

    Salamat! Nagingay na yung belt ko around 30k. Ngayon may vibration ako nararamdaman during acceleration at deceleration, pero so far no problems. Isuzu multi z or caltex delo sports 10w30 lang gamit ko.

    Dati yan din gamit ko na oil. After 25k km, delo sports semi gamit ko gang 55k km. Di ako sure kung rebadge nga na delo sports un multi z. Kasi sabi ng tropa na naanjan sa metro manila, un multi z pag nakaka 5k km na sya ramdam na nya na need ng magpalit ng oil, sa delo sports kahit 8k km na e ayos pa din ang feel nya. Tsaka meron din kasing besco multi z.
    Ang dahilan bakit ako nagshift sa 15w40 at 5w40 kasi may nararamdaman akong ingay pag nabilad sa araw un oto during summer, pag nag oover 40deg C ang outside temp, kaya sumubok ako ng 15w40, nawala un ingay na un kaso lumakas naman ang fc ko kaya sumubok ako ng 5w40. Positive naman ang results in my opinion kaya mula 55k gang ngaun na 84k km na,5w40 ang gamit ko, dati delo sports 5w40 gamit ko, maganda, ewan ko kung bakit un pangalawa kong bili e parang iba kaya nagshift ako sa amsoil

    Eto kulay ng oil ko, 1k km na natakbo. 84k+ km ang odo. Nakakatuwa kasi matagal na umitim ang oil kahit diesel engine, tingin ko lahat ng crdi engines ganyan na.
    Di katulad ng lumang diesel engine na isang gamit mo pa lang maitim na ulit
