    That's according to options. From reading other sites, 1800 kgs is for the fully loaded 3.2 model (we don't get it here)...

    The 4x4 CRDi should weigh 1770. The 4x2 base model should weigh around 1660 kgs.

    The heaviest model in the local Captiva range is the 1770kg AWD 2.0VCDi 5-seater model with a 5-speed A/T.
    The FWD 2.4 liter gasoline A/T model has a curb weight of around 1665kg.

    i wonder if it would be possible to install a dvd player/screen in lieu of a sat nav screen since we don't have sat-nav in the philippines? it would be great if chevy dealers would be the one to offer and install the screen para walang question sa warranty. that would be a quick fix for that eye sore of a cubby hole!

    ang alam ko based on the pix i've seen sa chevy europe website, yung lugar ng cubby hole yung top portion dapat yung multi-information display with the climate control display kung naka auto climate control yung captiva. yung dvd/gps-sat nav screen dun sa lugar ng stock HU.

    yung interior wala pa akong pics kukunan ko. pero ang sure na lalabas na colors according sa GMAP

    -Metallic Silver
    -Royal Gray
    -Red
    -Black
    -yung white by order

    sa first week of october ata lalabas yung unit.
    walang manual transmission A/T lng po.

    visited captiva showroom lately ... looks ok

    but one thing bothered me ... the electric fuel filler opener doesn't work! ... paano ka magpapakarga ng fuel kapag ganun yun? kailangan pang sirain yung flap? ... there were some marks on the flap to indicate attempts to force it open

    mabuhay mga sir.
    first post, but has been lurking around CRDi cSUVs threads for 3 months now. noted in 1 of the posts that captiva's crdi is not by bosch unlike those of hyundai. are these engines as reliable as bosch's CRDi if not better?...are they E5/E10 capable? tia...

    diesel din sir w/ ethanol as indicated...makes fuel environment friendly, and best of all...cheaper . hyundai's bosch CRDis are E5/10 capable according to them. at least they have 5yrs warranty to back their claim...

    there are some good features ng 4x4 diesel...na wala sa 4x2...like the rain sensor,light sensor (automatic on ng headlight if it sense na madilim),backup sensor,6 cd in dash changer and fog lamps.
