Once you make a decision. Stick to it. Its good for your character long term. Stop fretting and looking back. Look ahead. Plan ahead.

I didn't want to burn bridges pero very disappointed sakin management because they handed everything to me on a silver platter and I refused. But I was given a choice and I made that choice. Imagine the pressure, VPs calling me 2 days in a row telling me to stay. I am very very flattered pero they keep confusing me.

It really hurts me to leave my "home" for more than a decade pero it might be time for change.

Problema ko kung makakabalik pa ko after my hiatus

    2. I complained that they wanted me to decide if it's a yes or no. He said that MANY people will jump at the opportunity of a role. There are a lot of people who would willingly take that role and the company will not wait for me - In that aspect wala ako self awareness until he told me

    3. CALL the director of Projects NOW and retract

    4. He is frustrated because I don't listen to him

    5. He is frustrated that I don't listen to other management which is to stay (ie VP Branch, VP Compensation, VP Risk)

    6. It's not reason that I can survive jobless (he knows I live with my parents)

Ang dami pa nyang sinabi pero rinig na rinig ko sa boses niya yung frustration and he did say it. Paulit ulit na lang daw siya sakin He said even my AVP boss will be so sad to hear my decision. If I leave daw mahihirapan na ko makapasok ulit kasi nagbabawas pa nga ng employees

TAMA BA GINAWA KO?!?!?! I thought I needed to get out of th prospectis company because it's the end of the line for me na, but now I am having second thoughts.

If you dont have a new job prospect to look forward, then follow your boss advice.

    dinghy?
i thought it was an obstacle course-type rope...

many folks think one gets across by hanging down from it, swinging like a monkey.
actually, it is easier to slither over it like a serpent. hang a leg down for balance.
    OT.

Wag naman My VP boss who is my direct manager, although disappointed, he still cares for me. Yung VP sa branch I don't know how he will react na hindi ako sumunod sa kanya to ask the director to take me back.

Problem ko yung director, e yung ang pinakamataas [emoji24] Malabo na ko sa department niya. Siya sana malakas powers who can get me in

Balak ko if things dont work out sa labas, babalik ako

    Wala ako job prospects

Things will work out good sa labas (US), just think positive and wag choosy.
And try to create passive income from your retrenchment package.

Para kang nakipagdivorce, kinuha mo yung pera mo, naghanap ng iba, tapos nung lonely ka na ulit babalik sa ex husband.

Pili ka lang ng isa and stick with it.
