put only the jobs for the last 10 years
max 4 bullet points per job
only put the keywords, what is written is the advertise role
put a linkedin link to your resume
    max two pages
    remove photo
    remove school names etc
    create a career summary
btw, are you after a CV or resume?

whoa that's a lot, so you never stayed more than 3 yrs in one job? I don't want to create a linkedin account because I will be googleable. I hope I don't reach that point where I have to

max 4 bullet points per job -If it's my job for the last 10 years, that's just one company

only put the keywords, what is written is the advertise role - yes I tailored my CV

put a linkedin link to your resume I really don't want to create a linked in but I just made a monster account. It's less invasive than linkedin

max two pages - I couldn't compress to 2, I was able to reduce from 6 to 3 pages.

remove photo - no photo on my CV

remove school names etc -I don't think I can remove the school names. I assume you work abroad? Here kasi when you apply directly at the company page, the school is asked (there is even a dropdown to choose)

create a career summary - yes I have

btw, are you after a CV or resume - CV

Bakit puro BPO na lang ang employers ngayon? Maybe 70%? Deal breaker na kasi sakin yung PEZA (they are requiring RTO when there is still a pandemic!) Nothing against BPOs, I know they pay well and have good opportunities but I prefer a company with regular working hours, retirement plan, benefits and low turnover rate where staff usually stay until retirement. The previous companies I worked for have BPOs (call center and service center) and the benefits are different.

Anyway, I uploaded my CV to monster 3 days ago and I was contacted by a company yesterday kaya lang when I checked the website it's a BPO so that means need to work sa office. I am thinking of responding, practice sa interview?

I'd still try. Some aren't as strict with the RTO rules and it will allow you to set a salary benchmark

    Private firms actually prefer wfh

whew! ang haba.. natapos ko din basahin.. hehehe

hindi lahat nang BPO eh RTO na, may mga BPOs kahit PEZA eh WFH pa din.. and may mga BPO din na regular working hours.. depende sa account..

Ako forever nang nasa OZ BPO, 3 companies, last 2 years WFH, then last April 1 pinabalik na kami kasi PEZA tong company namin although pwede naman ituloy yung WFH, gusto din nila ma normalize kaya pinabalik kami lahat..

Basically I just get paid here, all my bosses and the job I do nasa Australia, although my team also support PH, kaya i don't mingle sa mga local Managers dito.. kasi I don't answer to them.

Goodluck sa job hunting, ako na interview lang ako nung first job ko after college, sa first company ko, yung 2nd company binigay lang yung offer, wala nang interview.. then 3rd company bought the 2nd company..

but i still update my CV, I have a linked in and madami din nag me msg, pero mga barat naman hehehehe, kaya natuto na ako.. simula pa lang tinatanong ko na magkano ang salary package.. kasi may experience ako naka ilang phone interviews ako tapos pinapunta pa ako sa site, tapos ang baba naman pala nang i o offer.. sinayang lang oras ko.. hahaha

honesty is still the best policy, in my opinion.
