We did a comparo... and without blingking... everyone voted 11k worth of KS Led is way better... than a 55k Hid Retro..

ano kayang hid retrofit ung ginamit dito? Wag naman sanang pnp with cheap hid bulbs.

sana meron comparison photos nga with the same light and distance settings. Yung sa distance important para malaman if effective nga yung lighting sa malayo vs. sa foreground lighting lang. Puro white na lights kasi ito so sa unang tingin malakas siya dahil sa contrast, pero pag sa actual use na malayuan hidni siya malakas. Sana meron din photos simulating oncoming traffic. Seated driver eye level para ma simulate yung glare.

No disrespect sa mga naka pnp leds but when you say "way better than any retrofit sa light output" ano ang basehan? With out proper test it is all kwentong barbero, sorry. Hindi lang palakasan ng output pag nag install ka ng headlight it has to be controlled. Dahil kung palakasan lang ng buga, I can also put a fyrlight off-road lamps as my main driving lights pero that wouldnt be proper, right?
I can provide tons of info and test in any oem and aftermarket HID projector systems If anyone would like to know.
But when it comes to price, pnp will always be a cheap option. Just like in cars, you wouldnt ask a bimmer performance from a mirage, would you?

Lux meter? We did not have one... We only have 15 sets of eyes.. that agreed that indeed ks led is better than a hid retro.. Even the car owner of the 55k hid retro agreed....

Calm down boy..... Im just asking for facts or kahit pics man lang. So far I havnt seen anything yet. Open minded ako bro. If you can show me real test or something I could base your point Then I would gladly recognize your point with open arms.
I get it. Ika nga sa headlight junkies forum, people seem to get so defensive pag sinabihan mo sila na may mali sa set up nila. Kahit ang purpose is to promote road safety ikaw pa ang parang jack ass hahah.
I posted na yung pics ko sa d2s 4.0 ko na set up. Also ang previous gen ko na vehicle was retrofited by redline you can check dun yung mga output shot if andun pa unit ko.

Now if you want comparison I am using a morimoto d2s 4.0 as of now. wala pa ako sa pinas but i'm going to install this pag usi ko. If you want comparison sa projectors ko ang pati yung bulbs and ballast Meron sa TRS website this the exact same design dahil sa trs ko mismo binili ang set up ko. Also meron din mga video sa you tube of the exact same projector as mine. Also ang previous vehicle ko is using a fxr 2.0 and meron din exact same design available sa trs, lightwerkz, redline, firedrake etc. That is why I said tons of info. dahil ang projector ko ay exact same design sa mga binebenta ng mga reputable shops. How about yours? any reputable shops that is known international?

I would invite you to join headlight junkies fb group. Then post mo yung panindigan mo dun... we'll see. FYI sa group na yan hindi mga close minded ang mga tao but be ready to defend you claim just in case.

Agree ako about sa road safety hindi lang un sariling safety. Un sa isuzu kasi may angle na may glare sa kasalubong un oem projectors kaya next month ipaparetro ko na.
Di ko alam kung lahat ba talaga ng oem halogen projectors ay may glare pag kinabitan ng hid or led, kaya di ako pede magjudge sa ibang brand

May gumastos ng 55k for a led or hid headlight?? Dapat pinatanggal na lang nya ang windshield tint at mas masaya pa sya.
Dami naguupgrade ng headlights pero ang problem naman is yung dark tint nila sa harap.

The reason for me upgrading my headlight is because sa dark tint ko. I want the privacy/security and the heat rejection of a dark tint. So to offset the poor visibility ng stock HL ni retrofit ko ang HL ko.

I really dont know who or sinong installer ang sinasabi ni glenn na 55k daw at disappointed siya sa cut-off and light output. Di rin natin alam kung projectors, bulbs and ballast lang ba nilagay sa HL na yun or may mga custom jobs na ginawa. Nag mamahal ang installation if may mga add-ons like demon eyes, sequential turn lamps or drl. But I agree, 55k is a lot if its for a simple retrofit lang.

Nasa optics ng halogen projectors kaya may glare pa rin.

Siguro kung habol mo light intensity (brightness), go for led na.

I've seen the FB page of the Keon Sondra led and malakas nga siya. Not sure kung ung mga on-road shots nya ay naka projectors ung car or halogen reflectors only.
