Hi. Question lang po. what if gusto ko na bayaran in full yung auto loan ko. what will be the steps that needs to be done and what will be the effect sa current auto loan ko. And another question is since alam ko may pinirmahan akong contract sa bank na during the loan period ko is naka tie up ako dun sa insurance policy nila, ano magiging epekto nung pag bayad ko in full dun sa insurance policy ko. I am asking this because i am planning to sell my car, and plan ko is cash ko sya ibebenta.

Check mo lang kasi yung iba minimum 3 yrs yung tie up.

info lang... Metrobank car loan promo, free chattel (not exactly free kasi may Php 1.5k na processing fee) at free 1st year insurance... only catch is tied up ka sa insurance for the 2nd and 3rd year.

Thanks po sa pagsagot. will ask the bank about it.

The insurance isn't really free. They'll recover the cost on the 2nd and 3rd year.

yun nga lang, medyo babawi sa 2 yrs insurance... magkano ba talaga kung di tied up sa bank? they're quoting the ffg for trend:
    2nd yr FMV=1.3M, Premium=34k, deductible=6.5k
    3rd yr FMV=1.17M, Premium=30k, deductible=5.85k

OMA 26.28% is a great deal!...

I was wondering the same thing...kung ok yung free chattel and 1 year insurance ng Metrobank...tapos tali ka 2nd and 3rd year sa kanilang insurance...I wonder if they will compensate the free insurance and chattel from the first year to the 2nd and 3rd year insurance...baka taasan nila sa 2nd and 3rd year... :D

Sir, newbie here. Mas sulit po ba kung sa bank kumuha ng loan for a second-hand car kesa in-house?
Super baguhan lang po ako and ayoko muna mag brand new until sanay na ako mag maneho. Thanks in advance.

    2. Spark - Not really a fan of Chevy yet. They haven't been around long enough under new management to really know how well they'll support their products. That said, yung isang may Trailblazer dito sa forum, tumengga kotse niya for 3 months dahil sa kulang ng piyesa.

    3. i10/Eon - Mahal maintenance ng Hyundai. If wala kang idea saan mo ipapagawa kung sa labas ng CASA, you're better off with a Toyota or a Honda nalang.

    4. Recommendation for a nice hatchback - Yaris, Jazz. Mas mahal, yes. But also a larger dealer network and more on the road means more local talyer knowledge and spare parts pag tumagal na yung kotse.

    5. Depending on your finances, 20%, 5 years to pay is not such a good scheme. Can you save a little more and do 30-50% DP instead?
Kuha kami for 3yrs. saka im torn between mazda 2 Speed and Honda city VX+ kung may idea kayo kung sino mas maganda bilhin paki share naman po. im a 21y/o girl first car po. Thank you po.
