discount price is from dealer, not from bank, malamang may ka tie up na dealer yang bpi. psbank at bdo ganun din discount nun, di lang sila nagtanong sa dealer. dapat ikaw hahanap ng dealer, para makapag bargain ka ng discount from srp at iba pang freebies. basta pag approved ka na sa loan sabhin mo sa bank may dealer ka na and tell them ung final price.

as per experience. account will be outright rejected due to age limit but as an account officer we just have to request to the credit officer to look in to the client's profile. like what you said he has a good/clean record with PSBank - GRC or good repeat client.yy

Di ko alam details sa metrobank kasi hindi pa nasesend yung breakdown pero kasama naman dyan yung insurance, chattel, lto. Sa RCBC naman e magaan yung DP na 189k, worry ko lang baka mataas masyado insurance sa mga sunod na taon. Inaantay ko pa yung quote ng BDO and updated quote ng BPI. Panget kasi unang bigay ng BPI kahit na may account ako sa kanila, kakadismaya. Patulong naman mga sirs kung ano mas ok dyan. Salamat!
