Pede ka ba humingi ng discount sa casa and then the bank will deduct kung magkano man yung discount na binigay syo? Pede ba yung ganun?

You pay the whole amount kung magkano man ang DP mo plus insurance, chattel, etc. Better ask the banks baka may mga promos and discounts sila.

Good day. Nagpa-quote ako ke Metrobank ng car loan. Ito binigay nila sa akin at sabi sa akin yan daw yun basic at pwede pa daw gumalaw since matagal na nila akong client. Good rate na kaya ito? This is for a Mazda 3 2.0R HB at 20% DP and 5 years to pay

Hmmm. I am just thinking kung ibigay sa akin na may discount yung car ganun lang din kaya ang i-cocompute nila? Or it is really the actual price/SRP nung car?

Medyo yan yung normal add-on rate na tumatakbo from 26-27%. Kung valued client kayo, ask to lower it to atleast 25%. Kaya nila yan. Baka pwede pa nila ilibre yang Chattel Mortgage kasi back in August libre sa kanila yan plus 1-year insurance.

That's the standard (26%) but you can haggle it up to 24% (BPI) *19800*60. So far, that's the lowest I know firsthand. Good luck.
