Our Metrobank branch gave me interest rates of 9.90% for 3 years, 9.99% for 4 years and 10.39% for 5 years. Are those good rates?

Kung need mo ng Insurance, I can give you din na 6months to pay 0 interest, all u have to pay lang kahit thru check is yung first monthly amortization ng premium. Kung 724,000 ang uutangin mo at 18359 ang monthly mo for 48 months lalabas na 21.72% ang interest rate nyan at 28.64% naman sa 60months/5 years.
