Baka kasi mali lang ang intindi ko sa interest rates nila. Here's the actual computation for a Toyota Fortuner 2.5G VNT A/T (1,484,000):

Loanable Amount 4 years 5 years
    Fortuner less Down 724,000.00 18,359.03 15,522.16
    (P760,000)

Sir totoo po ba talga ito? Super bba naman po nyan, halos 60% off the established interest rates from other competitive banks. Saang branch po ba ito? Baka pwde nyo po kami irefer. Balak din po namin kumuha ng Montero early next year...thanks po.....

based on the above numbers here's my computation of your rate but my math could be wrong here:

    *4 years = 15.95%

    *5 years = 22.54%

Mababa nga po kung ganun..Malamang mag MBTC na nga lang ako next year hehhehe...Sir baka pwede nyo din kami irefer sa branch na yan...sana makavail kami ng ganyang super baba na rates. Kung need mo ng Insurance, I can give you din na 6months to pay 0 interest, all u have to pay lang kahit thru check is yung first monthly amortization ng premium. Federal po ang insurance w/ AOG ...mas mababa po ang rate nila and they can deliver the insurance policy at ur doorstep asap. Thanks po...

Hindi pa ako nagdo-down. Nagpa-compute lang ako for comparison. Downpayment of P760,000 so loanable amount would be P724,000.

Kung 724,000 ang uutangin mo at 18359 ang monthly mo for 48 months lalabas na 21.72% ang interest rate nyan at 28.64% naman sa 60months/5 years.

    *spiff41398:

    ilan downpayment mo, 724,000.00?

    P760,000 is the loan amount?

    kung tama? here's the rate:

    *4 years = 15.95%

    *5 years = 22.54%

but 724,000 is your loan amount Deobulakenyo
    is right.
