    727T - 166,229 DP = 560,771 total loan

    3 years = 18,691 x 36 = 672,876 total payment - 560,771 = 112,105 interest or 19.99% 3 years or 6.66% per year
    4 years = 15,126 x 48 = 726,048 total payment - 560,771 = 165,277 interest or 29.47% 4 years or 7.37% per year

ano daw kasma don sa all in? yung 3 years mukhang ok na..

I was offered din with 1.3 E M/T, 100K DP All In, 14,192 MA for 60 months. So parang 36% interest lang.

    For Bank Financing,
Malamang for the 727K, applying the 40K discount sa down:

    DP 105K
INS: can be free or if not, 20K
    CM: 20K
    LTO: 10K
So total cash out is 155K, MA nun is 13.3K * 28.43%, for a total cost of 903.7K

    Hi Guys,

Just a question, is there any ethical concern kung mag aapply ka sa lahat ng bank na kaya mo, then select one with the best rate tapos turn down mo ung iba kahit naapprove ka din sa kanila? Thanks.

Just did that and I went to BPI, BDO, UCPB, Unionbank, PNB, PSBank and Metrobank. Metrobank did offer the lowest rates as of Oct.

Also did that with Mazda dealers. I called up Alabang, Makati, Pasig and Greenhills. I even let them compare each others offers. From the questions that they are asking me, I am pretty sure they are used to it.

I also scouted a number of insurance companies. Similarly, I let them compare each others offer and let them match the competitor's offers.

In the end, I got the best deals for both bank, insurance and dealers. I got big discounts at lower amortization.

Since you are spending a fortune for your cars, you definitely have the right to get the best deals possible.

I might be wrong. Pero take note na banks offer less interest but dapat higher DP.

    HTH!

Metrobank has the lowest interest rates INDEED! Downside is...u need to comply the rqmts pag nagpaprocess ka na ng loan. You will also have a freedom to choose ur insurance kahit sa labas mo pa kuhain.

BPI is at 15.2% for 3yrs, free insurance (for at least 3yrs term loan), free credit card, I am not that sure kung may free gas pa rin sila sa promo. Once u avail their free insurance package, nakatali ka na sa insurance nila for the whole term...eh mas mura pa rin kumuha ng insurance sa labas kung iccompare mo pero for me, ok din naman lalo na kung 3yrs term lang naman.

Actually, I am torn between Metrobank and BPI.
