Good Day! Ito yong quotation from BDO Cebu. Lemme know your opinion.

All-in financing (LTO, Chattel Mortgage, Insurance)
    Unit Price: P1,119,000.00
    20% DP: P 223,800.00
    Loanable Amount: P895,200.00

    3 years P32,122.76 29.18%
    4 years P25,261.43 35.45%
    5 years P21,332.62 42.98%

Regular Loan (Excluding: LTO, Chattel Mortgage, Insurance)
    Unit Price: P1,119,000.00
    20% DP: P 223,800.00
    Loanable Amount: P895,200.00

    3 years P29,936.98 20.39%
    4 years P23,745.18 27.32%
    5 years P20,155.42 35.09%

Yan ang 2 options ng BDO Cebu. So far, Im planning to avail the All-in Financing. What do you think of the rates given by BDO? Meron pa kayang mas lesser nito? Hope to hear updates from you Tsikoters. Or email me if anybody can give me lower rates pa Dconnects*yahoo.com - Thank You!

Too high. I got 21.4% from BPI last September, and that was before the central bank cut benchmark rates by another 25bps. That's with free insurance, although the participation is a bit high at ~P9,000.

Sir PF, All-in kinuha ninyo sa BPI? Ilang years to pay? Or yong regular loan kinuha nyo na you have to pay the LTO, Chattel etc? Wala pa kasi akong masyadong idea about this kasi first time ko pa nito... Kaya nalilito ako... Sa BDO ako nagpa compute kasi bank ko is BDO but was thinking na i-try ko to other banks para may comparison...

    21.4%, 3months?

Mahal nga yung participation, pero kung wala kang claim for a year e ok na rin saka lumipat.

Mine, 3k participation lang at wala naman akong naging problema sa claims ko later lang.

Four years (Noel, take note). I paid for chattel mortgage and TPL, tapos naka-advance 'yung first month. Pero 'yung next amortization 2 months after pa. Casa took care of LTO. Nag-inquire din ako sa BDO, EastWest, China Bank at PSBank. Pinaka-competitive sa BPI.

Morning Y'all! I would like to ask your opinion... My bank called me that approve na application ko for Auto Loan but hindi pa ako pumunta doon for any updates. Meron bang expiry after the time na approve yong auto loan ko though hindi pa ako mubalik sa bank ko? Na approve xa last December 7, 2012. I'm planning to go there by January 2013 pa considering na, Im planning to avail it early March 2013 pa. The bank already knows my plan. I'm actually waiting for the FORD RANGER 4x2 AT to normalize marami daw kasi nasa waiting list pa. Also, I still have to get the important papers from the bank and have to send it to my partner abroad as my co-maker. So I am not rushing. Ito yong quotation nila:

    REGULAR LOAN - 36 months
    SRP: 1,1159.000.00
    DP 20%: 231,800.00
    Monthly Amortization: 30,853.00 (19.79%)

    ALL-IN FINANCING - 36 months
    SRP: 1,1159.000.00
    DP 20%: 231,800.00
    Monthly Amortization: 33,521.00 (30.15%)

They will lower it pa daw if na finalize na yong decision ko. Right now, Im planning to avail the regular loan. Then pay the Chattel Mortgage & the Premuim Insurance. Do you have any idea or estimate how much is the Chattel Mortgage & the Premium Insurance on the bank? Or if ever, I will avail the All-in Financing, ok ba yong rate na binigay nila sa akin? Basta Im planning to haggle pa later if naka pag decide na ako what to choose... Please give me inputs... Hope to hear positive response from you. THANK YOU!

Mga sirs, nag inquire po ako sa MTBC about their car loan, eto palang po yung initial na binigay nila via phone call.

    2012 Innova J gas = SRP:818,000
down to 758,000 (may discount ata na 60K), 60 months computed is 12,640.91/month, tapos may 13,542 mortgage(i'm not sure what it is). Di pa napagusapan about insurance.

OK napo ba ito? Parang nasa 25.04% yung total interest rate for 60 months

most if not all banks does not allow partial payment but allows pretermination of loan or paying off the remaning balance of your loan(with rebate)

    13,542.00 chattel mortgage fee
