So you have 3 months from the time ma-approve hanggang i-avail mo

dapat mag recompute sila, pwedeng bumaba ang iyong amort, kung same 5yrs pa din, or with same amort, pwedeng mag maikli na ang term mo.

    Hello,

Lurking lang before.

    Loan Terms---OMA----AOR
    12 months ----4.74---5.43
    18 months ----7.18---7.94
    24 months ----9.92---10.74
    36 months ----15.96---16.90
    48 months ----21.95---22.96
    60 months ----29.13---30.26

    For Vios 1.5G M/T
Loan Amt 649,200 (80% of original price)
    5yrs 13,981 MA

Okay na ba to?

    Example:
Toyota promo 90k DP (20%), then ang loanable amount ko sa bangko ay 649k lang instead of 722k.

    Please enlighten me. Thanks

    good day mga bossing,

    760,000php -srp
    228,000php -30% downpay

    532,000php - amount financed

    20,094php - monthly in 3yrs
    28,230php - monthly in 2yrs

    23,512php - chatel fee
    28,184php - insurance fee

ano po ba % interest nito? pano po macompute yung interest?

ok po ba ang deal na ito or pwde pa inegotiate? kng pwede po, ano po reasonable monthly na pwde ko mapiga in 2yrs at 3yrs?

first time buyer kaya po wala pa po alam pagdating sa mga ganito.

    Maraming salamat po mga bossing!

Nakup0 12% per annum ang interest rate for 3 years. Masyado pong taga. Sa 2 years is 13%?. Mas mabuti pa icash nyo na lang. Eto ang ideal kung 5% per annum :

    3 years = 17k
    2 years = 22.3k

Hope this helps. Mag inquire po kayo sa ibang bangko. Marami nag-ooffer mas mababa.

Pasensya na po kung itatanong ko to. It might be discussed somewhere back in the thread kaso maraming pages na to read back.

Based on BPI Auto Loan Calculator ....

    Selling Price: P838,888.00
    Downpayment: P167,777.60 *20%
    Amount Financed: P671,110.40
    Monthly Amortization: P14,154.00

Walang number of months. Pero assuming 60 months to pay yan, interest = (MA x 60) - amount financed. Interest rate = (interest / amount financed) x 100

Yabang mo naman pare. You can reply naman without negative side comments. Of course i consulted the internet that's why i bumped with the BPI auto loan calculator.

My question is simple, how BPI arrived at their interest rate and it can also be explained in simple and not complicated manner by persons who are professionals not like you.

What you just did ... binigyan mo lang ako ng link which i think you too does not know how to explain.

Nagyabang ka pa, do you think your answer makes you a better man?

You just displayed your boastfullness and arrogance.

Thanks but no thanks pareng yabang.

wow, yun lang nayabangan ka na? sensitive mo naman. obvious lang naman yung sinabi ko, na by using google you can find the answer without needing to have other people answer it for you. what difference does my answer make from somebody telling you to use the search funtion of this board to look for a possible answer in previous posts? and people have been reminded time and again here in tsikot to do exactly just that, use the search function. pero ikaw feeling entitled. so galit ka? at nayabangan sa sagot ko?bakit di mo na lang binasa yung buong thread, all 52 pages of it? i guarantee you that you will not be the first person to be told to do so.

You forgot the essence of having a forum pogi. It's sharing of ideas and having fruitful conversations. And you also forgot using internet does not gave you the right para maliitin mo ang ibang tao. Remember the word "NETIQUETTE". You better google this term and make use of it.

Im not asking for your unsolicited opinion. If you cannot give a balance opinion, why don't you just shut your mouth and let others make healthy contributions.

Im not new to a forum and i know exactly how to use the search button. What i am asking is just an immediate reply from forum members who has immediate knowledge and concern. And obviously HINDI IKAW YUN.

I don't want to argue with you pogi, kung hindi ka lang maangas wala tayong pag aawayan.

Magpakumbaba din pa minsan minsan pag may time wag puro yabang.

talaga? pero siguro kung admin ang magsasabi sa iyo, and i have seen it done several times, na gamitin mo yung search function e hindi ganyan ang reaction mo.

hindi kita inaway, ikaw ang nagalit. hindi porket galit ka e inaaway na kita, feeling mo lang yun. well, sorry for whatever made you angry kung ano man yun. taray.
