uhmm bakit ako compute ko is 14.84% lang? care to share on how you guys computed it? hehe :D kasi I am trying to learn kung paano cinocompute ang interest kung ang mga figures lang na mayron ka is DP - 98650, SRP - 699k, monthly - 11735.. hehe

actually hindi pa ako nagpupunta sa kahit anong bank kasi I plan to get my first car through inhouse/bank financing.. basta ififinance sya hehe.. by december pa naman around 2nd or 3rd week so I am shopping for good deals.. yung agent na nagoffer sakin is from PS Bank(obvious naman kasi *psbank.com.ph ung domain nung email nya hehe ). Siya mismo nag email sa akin.. hehe

Kasi as far as I know, nagpost din ako somewhere na I am planning to get my first car by December but cant remember where I posted it hehe

Sa mga nagcompute din ng interest, paano nyo po cinompute yung figures and came up with 17.28% in 5years?
