    SRP = 699,000
    DP = 98,650
    LOANABLE AMOUNT = 600,350
    MONTHLY = 11,735
    TOTAL CASH OUT = 11,735 x 60 = 704,100
    INTEREST PAID = 704,100 - 600,350 = 103,750
    PERCENTAGE = 103,750 / 600,350 = 17.28%
    % PER YEAR = 17.28 / 5 = 3.45%

    pano mo na compute yung 14.84%?

    ahh so ganyan pala ang pagcompute ng interest, kapag nakuha na ung interest na binayaran mo over the 5years, dpat pala idivide sa loaned amount, not the SRP hehe.. kasi ang computation na ginawa ko po ay ganito:

    SRP: 699000
    DP: 98650
    Monthly: 11735

    [(11735 monthly * 60months) + DP 98650] - SRP 699000 = 103750 pesos sa interest, then

    (103750 / 60 months) * 12 months to get the year then divided by SRP bale [(103750 / 60) * 12] / SRP 699000 = 20750 / 699000 = 0.029 which is 2.9% per year then * 5 years = 14.84% hehe..

    nagkamali po ako dun sa second part, dapat pala is ung interest na 103750 is ididivide sa loaned amount na 600350 to get the 5years now I know na that's how to compute the interest with the given figures hehe

    salamat sir chief

    5 years is usually high 20's/early 30's percentage interest rate.

    maybe you forgot to consider cash discount that's why you got a very low rate n your computation

    Hi,

    Newbie question here, just want to ask if for example my Tita is the one who applied for an autoloan and got approved, Can she put the car under my name?
    btw i will be the one who will be paying everything. Its just that I dont quite have a good credit rating.

    And is there any bank that require 20% downpayment on secondhand cars? 15% downpayment on brand new.
    because i am contemplating on geting used 1 year outdated model or brand new entry level car.

    Thanks a lot!
