    page 6

mga tsikoteers, kung mapatunayan ko ang product namin, r u willing to help me/us sell the product? syempre if u r fully convinced. instead of banggahan ng isipan, help me na lang. kung hindi tutuo ito, bakit ko sasayangin ang oras natin sa isang debatable technology? I assure u gentlemen, kung convince kau, tulungan na lang. kung tutuo ito, malaki ang potential sa pinas at sa buong mundo. this is my vision, but i cant do it alone. help me achieve my dream. read about ionic combustion /ionic mixing.

Malakas kasi ang tsikot. Marami rami din mahahatak ng taga-Tsikot to buy the product.

Less emissions, better FC, increased engine power...

Of course, kapag satisfied ako... which I think I will be kung marami na maganda feedback from tsikot... pwede ko na i-recommend yung gadget sa iba pang circle of friends ko. Yung isa, may trucking business, iba delivery...

Ganun siguro habol nila. Recommendations from tsikoteers. Kaso ayun nga, fail yung product. So please don't expect from us.

I-perfect niyo muna. Saka kayo humingi ng tulong dito.
But then, kung perfect na yan. You might not need our help at all.

    it's more than that

ang dating nila parang they expected automatic support dahil pinoy inventors sila

they think so highly of themselves

siguro nasanay sila sa lugar nila lahat ng tao bow agad sa kanila coz they sound more intelligent compared to the other locals (big fish small pond)

    akala nila ganyan din dito

Reality check. Who is this "team" you keep on referring to?

Definitely I am not on your team.

You are quoting changing a WHOLE ENGINE for an existing jeepney. This is the cost (150,000 to 300,000) to have a brand new LPG-fed engine and tranny installed in a standard PUV.

As with your device, Auto-LPG kits can be retrofitted into existing gasoline fed cars for only P18,000 and P40,000 for a carb-style LPG kit or SGI-LPG kit respectively. It is affordable for most motorists and pays for itself in a year or so with normal use of the vehicle.

E-jeepney is another thing altogether. E-jeepney does not use internal combustion engines. These use batteries to power electric motors to turn their wheels.

It might help to understand what you are posting and it's context before actually posting it.

The 80k we spent on our ETV includes everything incl snacks, cigarettes, lodging, subsistence, etc.. actual costs was for personal svcs-P15K, application fee-8k, supplies and materials-P37k for fuel, tune up, 4 dynos, 4 emission tests, toll fees. etc.. Syempre, included lahat lahat dahil province based kami.

We are thinking of putting the UP-VRTL test on hold, dahil wala palang maniniwala dito. Sayang lang ang nearly P70k+ namin. The next DOE economy run would be better. Tsikoteers, pls notify us on the next sked. tnx
That's all? Our company is importing disposable lighters and simply getting it properly registered with the DTI's Product Safety certification, we spend much more on that. In today's market, if you want to a product to "market", you have to be able to invest into a product including development, certification, distribution, etc.

Even the guys behind Khaos Fuel Saver gadget (Inventionhaus) spend on marketing and promotion for the product. It had a good run for a while but still fizzled out in the end.

Dear Mr. President, 12:45 am; March 24,2012

I have seen you and Sec. Jose Rene Almendras on TV discussing about the dilemma of lack of power in Mindanao. I have also learned about the 15 hour brownouts. This is very bad for business in that area which will decrease productivity. I understand that there are two barges in that area which will be used soon to provide power but with increase electricity rates due to the high costs of using diesel oil.

As a private citizen who has a possible solution to offer to his country in solving power and energy concerns, I am proposing to offer our technology (again) to your govt since 2010, gratis, together with my services with minimum compensation.

I am proposing to prove that our technology could make a regular power plant which consumes about 5L to 10L of fuel/lhr at full load save at least 5% to 10%. If successful, it will be tested on power plants that consume 20L/hr; and beyond. I am willing to design the necessary equipment; e.g., panel boards, manual switching apparatus together with spare devices for uninterrupted operation.

Please bear in mind that the reason DOE is not knowledgeable about this scheme is that this innovation does not exist anywhere in the world. It is an original Filipino innovation that consist of two simple technologies that when PROPERLY combined will make a conventional engine so efficient, nobody in his right mind would believe, unless proven.

My technical qualifications are as follows: I am a graduate of Radio/TV technology at the UE Tech at Lepanto (1962). I worked as a telephone/radio technician at the Bureau of Telecommunications from 1969-1984. I worked in the KSA as a wireless technician for 13 years (1984-1997) at the Ministry of Interior, Civil Defense.

Being an expert in VHF radio repeaters, I trained my expertise on the automotive field and developed my first invention in 1998 when diesel was P10/ltr. Savings was a mere 10% at that time. Now, it could go as high as 30% or more. Our old car, a KIA Pride, which normally consume 12-13kms/L can travel 20 – 23km/L. Unbelievable? Not at all. Our Environmental Technology Verification (ETV-08-016) results show these data, test protocol was done and confirmed by a DOE expert (Engr. Mon Flores) together with two other experts from ITDI-DOST on October 16-18, 2008.

We are also inventors of the LPG stove fuel saver which could ease the burden of households using LPG as fuel; but that’s another concern, not related with the Internal Combustion Engine.

I hope you will not have the heart to deny me the chance to serve our country. Thank you.

    Very truly yours,

PERLITO G. CABAUATAN & Sons Inventors/Developers – Ionic Combustion Enhancing System,

Since 2010 pa ito. Mga bingi ang mga tao sa paligid ni Pnoy not forgetting that they have their vested interest.

    u

Why do you need to "propose" first just to "prove" that your product worked?

You need to "prove" first that your "technology" works then send proposals to your prospective clients.

Common sense lang yan Brother Nuvinuvinuvi.

Sa Mandaluyong madami nun at government sponsored pa. :D

Meron na ata isang thread tungkol dito. Don't expect the goverment to notice this, walang ang Research & Development sa vocabulary.

LOL! ... ano naman kinalaman ng Auto-LPG and e-jeepney sa power black out sa Mindanao?

Honestly speaking, even your gadgets will not solve the energy crisis in Mindanao even if you sold every single family with your gadget. The power situation has been a long term issue and will require long term solutions. Your cheap gadget will not solve it.
