That doesn't mean he is still using your device. Like the thousands of customers of Khaos Super Turbo Charger fuel saving gadget, many simply removed the gadget and did not bother with the effort of contacting the seller that they have stopped using it.

Example, my brother had two Khaos gadgets installed in his SUV and MPV in where he later had it removed and did not bother to inform the seller. So can you still count that as a happy customer?
