i can only scratch my head. i dont get it why they keep pushing this nuvithing. you are not in a movie, breakthroughs are not done in backyard labs anymore
sobrang bilib sa invention niya
tingin nga niya ka-level ng turbocharger and diesel engine ang invention niya
*Come to think of it; Dvldoc, GH, uls etc are correct in your observation. You had based your assessments on a flawed ETV report. This is due to lack of a proper ‘conditioning run’. Installing the device in the afternoon and dyno testing the next morning as the first agenda had sealed our fate. And also the inversion of the data on the emission tests made it much worst. Fortunately, TAPI had reimbursed P30K of our expenses. It was an oversight on our part in not insisting for a corrective measure like prolonging the conditioning run.
Our proposed testing at the UP-VRTL, Dilliman this year was again paid by TAPI last July, 2011 (P25K for a diesel test). UP-VRTL guideline on the conditioning run: “Details of a necessary ‘conditioning run’ after device installation and prior to testing on the chassis dynamometer must be agreed upon before any test is started. A conditioning run for example may consist of running the vehicle on the road for 100 kms after device installation, after which, it is ready for dynamometer testing”.
You were basing your statements on the ETV results while I based my statements on the actual performance of our car. I am sure that you would be surprised if you would actually drive it. I promise you, one of this days, given the chance/circumstance, you’ll decide for yourself if this innovation is a dud or a dude. I firmly believe that this is not an ordinary innovation, otherwise, why antagonize the President and his entire cabinet if I don’t have the right cards?
I also would like to report that there are other advantages of the system that can not be measured by scientific instruments, such as; (a)when ascending in slow pacing traffic, the engine just purrs on fourth gear (without changing to lower gear). (b) We fill our tank with 50% regular gas and 50% special gasoline. This is only possible when the two devices are working together. Disabling one device (the NUVITRON, for example) would result in misfiring.
If your assessment on the ETV is the gospel truth, then we would be refunding all of the nearly 500 devices that we had installed (from Cagayan to Bataan), however, (thank God) that is not the case. Nobody ever demanded a refund. The maxim “Don’t decide your judgement on a single piece of paper “ still hold.
At present, I am still waiting for the assessment of Engr. Tony of UK about the ICT. It’s been more than a
month. I also asked him what are his thoughts on the water/alcohol injection scheme. He answered within a week. Vague. I will post his reply later. Ano kaya ang iimbentuhin niyang pagdebunk sa ICT?, I wonder.
Thank you for your valuable time.

as if they even noticed you're "antagonizing" themI firmly believe that this is not an ordinary innovation, otherwise, why antagonize the President and his entire cabinet if I don’t have the right cards?
by "antagonizing" the president and his people that proves you have a revolutionary invention?
what kind of logic is that?
lots of people accuse the president of doing nothing
but they don't have inventions to promote

your goal is to keep testing your invention until you get desired results and the results will convince the govt to implement your invention in hundreds of thousands of motor vehicles
even if you prove to the govt the device works... TAPOS?
the govt can't force the private sector to install aftermarket devices in their motor vehicles unless there's a law
so without a law, the best the govt can do is install those devices in govt motor vehicles
but first you gotta lobby the govt to buy your devices
or wait for the govt to require fuel saving devices. wait for a bidding. sali ka sa bidding
or you can lobby the govt to pass a law that will require all motor vehicles to be fitted with your device
--
as for the private sector, after you get desired results, you gotta advertise aggressively
you can't do it alone dude. like you said you lack capital. you need investors. you gotta hire sales people
basically you gotta do what Khaos did
--
in the meantime, good luck with all that testing

That's where you're wrong. Engineers, by definition, apply established principles drawn from science in order to create new inventions and improve upon the old ones (a). If you are truly an engineer, you shouldn't just accept results based on the sensations from the seat of your pants. If you claim that your device uses science to allegedly save fuel and make engines "purr", there should be scientific basis (chemical formulas, molecular or atomic diagrams, or microscopic proof, etc.) about how your device acts upon the fuel and how the fuel with an allegedly better molecular structure helps for a more complete burn. How did you come up with the correct amplitude, waveform, duty cycle and frequency of the pulses? Where are your computations? Tables? Trial and error results?I also would like to report that there are other advantages of the system that can not be measured by scientific instruments.
Otherwise, it's all voodoo-speak. You cannot do analogies with firewood or kidney stones as these already have science behind it. The effect of your device on fuel, if any, especially at the molecular and atomic levels, are not readily apparent and thus, you will have to prove it using real science. So you see, saying that it works similar to ultrasound is nowhere near as scientific. Anyway, ultrasound is an imaging technology. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy or ESWT is the technology behind removing kidney stones (b). You could've at least get the facts on your blog site straight.
On the side, let me just bring up the Stoichiometric air-fuel ratio as an example. Do you think that scientists just picked out the correct AFR for a specific fuel from thin air (no pun intended)? No, it has formulas... boatloads of it. Once done on paper, the experiments come in to prove (or disprove) it and/or vice versa. The point I'm making is that scientific theory and actual experiments should ratify each other for it to be sound.
You want to have the credibility that your device works? You'll need to write a proper paper that looks something like these:
http://www.arturo.derisi.unisalento....01-01-1980.pdf
Here's an 88-page paper just talking about the bearings on turbochargers: http://scholar.lib.vt.edu/theses/ava...ETD_Thesis.pdf
Read 'em and weep.
I'm sure your device is a wee bit more complex than bearings, don't you think?

It is obvious that the NUVI-NUVI guys are not anything close to being "engineers". If they were, they wouldn't be using such shallow pseudo-science (I have seen better pseudo-science explanations in previous gadgets) to explain how their "invention" (which are patented by other people in the USA) would supposedly work (liberal amount of alcohol helps in this part) with your engine to produce the preferred results.

#56, bro, I like your style, hindi ka heckler. I know you are just kidding, right?
(I hope I could convince you someday to try to drive an ICT-installed vehicle). Like I said, no one in his right mind will believe it, unless, he drives it. I wouldn't believe it myself had I had not tried it. I wouldn't assess anything based on any ETV. Besides, I am not selling anything to anybody. We only have a few device/s left for demo.
I don't see anything wrong with that. I would like to see others benefit from this technology, esp. the drivers.
Here's one posible option. If only somebody could convince the leadership of Pasang Masda, Piston, Fejodap, LTOP, PCDO ACTO. etc to form a small cooperative to assemble a few dozen devices to start with.(at least a hundred, if less than this, it is more expensive). Syempre, pagnaconvince na sila sa ACTUAL driving of a test vehicle.
It is best started on taxis(2007 or earlier, non-common rail)or jeepneys whose engines are of the 4Bxx series.. A cooperative is the most viable option.

why should somebody else convince them? baket hindi ikaw? Here's one posible option. If only somebody could convince the leadership of Pasang Masda, Piston, Fejodap, LTOP, PCDO ACTO. etc to form a small cooperative to assemble a few dozen devices to start with...
why do you expect other people to do your work for you?
nag post ka dito sa tsikot expecting people here to help you
that didnt happen so you post those President/DOE letters hoping someone well-connected will help you
now you're hoping meron anak ng driver makabasa ng mga post mo
hahaha
