Pag talagang ok yan, mag spread yan by word of mouth lang.

Baby steps muna.

uls, kulang tayo sa bread, pre. Tama ka, I am not a businessman. Tama na sana yong naipundar ko from being a former OCW.
Why not quit while you are ahead? Or least not in debt.

Or advertise for a product developer or marketing company who is willing to take your product to the next level? There are always options beyond simply asking for money. Or simply promote it to those kinds of companies?

And to think that ang balak ko sana nuon ay magexperiment ng non-ferous metal detector.
err... sorry to bust your ideas but there are already detectors for those. In fact, metal detectors will detect both ferrous (iron based) and non-ferrous metals. It should also work on conductive non-metallic minerals. Kindly read up on how metal detectors work.

    Sir/Ma’am,

In Oct 2008, we had our invention, the NUVITRON Electronic Fuel Economizer undergo the test protocol of Environmental Technology Verification by the DOST thru ITDI hoping that an accreditation from the official government entity could be a plus factor in the commercialization of our device

It seems that DOE has not seen the ETV document. (57pages) It would be unfair to us that after spending P70K-P80K (TAPI reimbursed P30K), DOE’s AFETD and EUMB do not know about this. During the transition of the Arroyo to the Pnoy government, the documents got entangled in their files.

That’s why I am mentioning this to them to verify it’s existence with the IPCT-ITDI-DOST (rle*dost.gov.ph). The results on gasoline engines showed significant increase on engine power (+15 HP *4000rpm) and increased fuel efficiency (10.22%-13.56%). Actual usage could result in fuel efficiency up to 30% on highway driving; long drive. This improvement alone could have benefited the taxi drivers and private motorist if implemented.

The NUVITRON (a single tech device) had been enhanced farther with the addition of another device, almost doubling its efficacy by the dual-tech-in-one innovation and the technology is being offered to the government, gratis! (without prejudice to our patents).

Unfortunately, it has fallen on deaf ears. I cannot imagine why DOE’s options: E–jeeps, LPG jeeps, CNG buses and other grandiose options that require P150K-300K/vehicle are preferred while an add-on innovation costing not more than P10K is waylaid. This grandiose options are worthwhile and should be pursued. However, AFETD and EUMB should not discard VERIFIED TECHNOLOGIES especially if it will cost almost nothing to the govt since the drivers/motorists will pay back the costs of the devices within a year or two.

Please don’t judge a technology by its cost. For all you know, the technology will give your grandiose options a run for the money. I am of the belief that the govt will give a sigh of relief after implementing this scheme. You know why? Why should I waste my time and yours during my twilight years? Its because the Almighty had given me/us the insight to develop unusual, never-heard-of technologies that could address fuel and energy concerns. Sana, pakuyakuyakoy na lang ako ngayon since I immensely enjoy electronic experimenting as a hobby.

(Pls merge w/ "Dear Mr. President" TIA

why do you keep on posting those letters here in tsikot?

as if those doe secretaries and what not, plus your mr. president is a tsikoteer

if you want to be noticed spam their emails with your offers...

    ------

and btw dude your gadget decreases the vehicle's low-end torque

who in the right mind would buy a gadget that decreases the car's stock power?

#56, bro, I like your style, hindi ka heckler. I know you are just kidding, right?

(I hope I could convince you someday to try to drive an ICT-installed vehicle). Like I said, no one in his right mind will believe it, unless, he drives it. I wouldn't believe it myself had I had not tried it. I wouldn't assess anything based on any ETV. Besides, I am not selling anything to anybody. We only have a few device/s left for demo.

I don't see anything wrong with that. I would like to see others benefit from this technology, esp. the drivers.

Here's one posible option. If only somebody could convince the leadership of Pasang Masda, Piston, Fejodap, LTOP, PCDO ACTO. etc to form a small cooperative to assemble a few dozen devices to start with.(at least a hundred, if less than this, it is more expensive). Syempre, pagnaconvince na sila sa ACTUAL driving of a test vehicle.
It is best started on taxis(2007 or earlier, non-common rail)or jeepneys whose engines are of the 4Bxx series.. A cooperative is the most viable option. Walang makikinabang na iba, members lang. Sana, walang tututol dito.

    Sir/Ma’am,
First things first. Do not address people of rank as if you are greeting them as sales people in the shopping mall.

In Oct 2008, we had our invention, the NUVITRON Electronic Fuel Economizer undergo the test protocol of Environmental Technology Verification by the DOST thru ITDI hoping that an accreditation from the official government entity could be a plus factor in the commercialization of our device.
The same documents which shows the INCREASE in emission in pollution... The same document which since 2008, the "inventor" has misunderstood until it was pointed out to him just recently.

Everyone else spends similar amounts of money or even more just for certifying products through similar agencies like the FDA, DTI, etc. So why should it be unfair to you? What makes you special to be exempted from going through the normal procedure?

That’s why I am mentioning this to them to verify it’s existence with the IPCT-ITDI-DOST (rle*dost.gov.ph). The results on gasoline engines showed significant increase on engine power (+15 HP *4000rpm) and increased fuel efficiency (10.22%-13.56%). Actual usage could result in fuel efficiency up to 30% on highway driving; long drive. This improvement alone could have benefited the taxi drivers and private motorist if implemented.
    The unmentioned increase is emissions.

Also unmentioned, two tests using two different cars. In test one, they used car "A". In test two, they used car "B". Is someone "loading the dice" to get preferred results?

The proper test should have been using a single car for ALL tests.

Also noting that an increase in power in a very narrow engine rpm range of 4000 to 5000rpm will not benefit users of the device in terms of fuel efficiency because people driving cars trying to attain best fuel mileage will be driving below 3000 rpms only.

Auto-LPG conversion for a typical private sedan is P40,000 for an SGI-LPG system which is designed for modern gasoline fuel injection engines. Conversion for old cars with carburetor engines costs as low as P18,000. This has proven savings in fuel costs of between 35% to 50% depending on the current price difference from LPG and Gasoline. End result is an engine that runs smooth and also emits less pollutants as compared to gasoline.

Kindly note that the gadget is only tested on engines that use the obsolete carb-system. Something that has been phased out for over twenty years because of further advances in engine technology to increase its efficiency and reduce emissions. Why make an obsolete old engine more efficient when modern EFI engines from 10 to 15 years ago are more efficient and cleaner as "factory stock"?

E-jeepneys & other electric vehicles (like e-trikes) have their own schemes in how they save money for their operators which have been operational in Makati City, Quezon City, Taguig City, and other cities around the Philippines.

CNG Bus project was a failure not because of the technology but because of lack of proper support from suppliers for fuel, government commitment to expand beyond the pilot station, etc.

Please don’t judge a technology by its cost. For all you know, the technology will give your grandiose options a run for the money. I am of the belief that the govt will give a sigh of relief after implementing this scheme. You know why? Why should I waste my time and yours during my twilight years? Yes, do not judge a technology by it's cost alone but by it's merits that have seems to be wanting in proof. Also judge it by it's potential in terms of "return of investment" for it's end users who (in the end) must be convinced to have this gadget installed in their vehicles. Will it actually save them money in a reasonable amount of time?

Also judge a technology by a review of experts, by people who are knowledgeable in their fields of science. Is the technology and science behind the gadget's claims real or fantasy?
