    Samsung,

Kung nagkataong 4-cylinder, baka 50K, hmmm

Under what category itong system na ito? It seems SGI, with a highly programmable ECU.

I'll drop by Econogas one of these days.

Bababa pa kaya ang LPG? 21 to 22pesos? or is it just wishful thinking?

LPGMA members, who are operating only in Luzon, will also slash autogas prices by P2 per liter, bringing down the pump prices to P24/liter from P26. Autogas is LPG used by vehicles.....

    Cheaper autogas

With the new price cut, autogas is now P18 cheaper than gasoline.

Seaoil President Glenn L. Yu said cheaper autogas should result in savings of P720-P1,080 per month for those consuming 20-40 liters.

The Energy department earlier said it expects a P15-P17/kg reduction this month from LPG sellers, or a total cut of P190 per tank.

LPG sellers for November alone have cut P10/kg or P110 per tank. Prices of 11-kg cylinder tanks now range from P484 to P557.

Mr. Ty said the remaining P5-P7 price cut may be implemented next week to cap the series of price reductions.

The price cuts have reflected the more than $300 drop in LPG contract price worldwide, or to $490 per metric ton this month from $804 in October. — Ava Kashima K. Austria, BusinessWorld

There's a huge possibility it will hit that mark come December. our pump price now is P25.00 per liter, we are expecting more roll backs in the next few weeks. I'll post updates here once there is new movement.

    Cheers!

Hi Mus*ng! There is one in Baguio along MacArthur Highway its JP Autogas. Pampanga meron narin ata but have to verify the exact location. As for south closest i think would be TOTAL Alabang.

If the filter is not broken you can just air hose it and use it again. But we do have replacements if you need them

I've finally visited Econogas...."gatecrashing" in a middle of a party! I'm told they scored a big win with a client. Pinakain nila ako....nahiya tuloy ako.

Anyways, checking out their Vogas kit, almost the entire kit is SGI, except for the ECU. If I started out with their typical SGI, and not satisfied with its performance, you can upgrade it.

The estimated Vogas kit, with a 40li cylinder for my APV is 58K, possibly negotiable. The typical SGI is around 10K less. Credit cards are acceptable, for HSBC and BPI only. Others, such as Citibank, will have to wait. Other financial arrangements can be made, best discuss with their reps or their boss.

What catches my interest is that they can mount a cylinder underneath the sides of the APV! That means I can keep the spare wheel where it is. They're expecting some APV conversion jobs in a few days from one of their customers. This I got to see!

The only downside is the place. They're located on the segment of Araneta Ave beyond Quezon Ave which kinda lonely. Safe during daytime, but I doubt it come nighttime.

More like a midget cylinder, shorter than the 40li tanks I've seen before.

Ground clearance is a factor to consider when using external tank IMO.

Which means they were non-turbo models. I think the guy was specifically asking if anyone has converted to LPG the 2.5L turbo charged model of that car.

In summary, nope. So far no one (locally) has converted a factory turbo car to LPG.
