Hope I can start on overhead squats soon. I sprained my thumb and middle finger. Still waiting for it to get better.

Even my uncle who is the biggest lobbyist for MT cars has resigned to the fact that they are too cumbersome for our roads. They are also hard to dispose of when the time to sell comes.

Mas mahirap yung rehab ng mental kaysa physical bro. Hahaha. Parang nabaliw ako nung 2nd time na torn acl

Yeah. Dapat talaga malakas ang muscles sa knee. So it's a lifetime work out na. Not so bad. No excuse to slack off

tapos na...mas madaling turuan ang women ng deadlift at squats, kahit anong sports, kasi unlike men, di sila nag mamarunong at not afraid to ask

I'm sure she'll appreciate the comfort and the space, especially when she needs to meet with business clients.

    Sir GTi,

they prefer sedans. they also prefer to keep their pelvic and leg issues to themselves. we won't hear a peep of complaint from them, even as they feel they're against mt. everest every time.
    Sir dr. d.

Between Height/Comfort and the General Performance ng sasakyan..

Toyota Hi-Ace van will not be that comfortable to drive ... it's also not easy to switch back and forth driving a vehicle with a hood and a van with no front hood ... usually people have drivers when they buy it ... it's actually cheaper if you just rent a van occasionally ... invest the money you are going to use to buy a van and use the earnings for renting a van ... if you really need a van, maybe consider a Hyundai Starex or Kia Carnival ...

Very respectable views in life sir. I wish there were more families that think like you do.

Ok naman ang Hiace. More than adequate power na ngayon with the 3.0 engine. Available A/T also makes it much easier to drive. For this I suggest the 12 seater Grand Starex.

I have had elderly people in their 70s and 80s climbing up our 1997 Jap surplus Granvia and 2010 Carnival, both without stepboards, with no problem. All they needed were the grab handles. Not to mention all of them were very appreciative of the abundance of space and great ride quality in both vans.

Mas ok ang starex for people kasi comfy.

    Sir GTi & Sir dct..

thank you po advise and good info..

    BTW:

    Pag nag-loan thru credit-line,

hati sa dalawa, for investment and car loan....
