You mean to strengthen it sir? Ok na ko ngayon sir. What i mean noon. Nung naka brace pa ang legs. Mga 1 month pa lang surgery ko.
I remember i booked an uber. Fiesta ang provided car. I cancelled it and booked again. Buti avanza na ang binigay. Haha

Even my uncle who is the biggest lobbyist for MT cars has resigned to the fact that they are too cumbersome for our roads. They are also hard to dispose of when the time to sell comes.
i also have injuries, both knees has torn miniscus, one even has chronic baker's cyst, strenghten the supporting muscles does wonders, at iwas ka sa movement yung knee lalampas sa toes mo, like going down a steep hill or doing lunges..

Mas mahirap yung rehab ng mental kaysa physical bro. Hahaha. Parang nabaliw ako nung 2nd time na torn acl
Yeah. Dapat talaga malakas ang muscles sa knee. So it's a lifetime work out na. Not so bad. No excuse to slack off

we went to the doctor last monday, my wife was complaining of back pain, after the xray, it looks like she has mild scolio and muscles spasms, sabi ng ortho which use to be my student, deadlifts & overhead squats.. haha..

yari, kung ako sayo kuya big pa-check mo na pusod ng wife, baka may protuding yan, parang hernia, yan sakit ng mga babae na nag deadlift or squats eh, they tend to concentrate all the force on the arms, hindi sa core.
tapos na...mas madaling turuan ang women ng deadlift at squats, kahit anong sports, kasi unlike men, di sila nag mamarunong at not afraid to ask

Salamat po again mga Sirs!
Very helpful and clear na po sa akin..
Sir GTi,
Sir CVT,
100% agree po...
Proven na po talaga,
Sir dr. d.
Between Height/Comfort and the General Performance ng sasakyan..
Toyota Hi-Ace van will not be that comfortable to drive ... it's also not easy to switch back and forth driving a vehicle with a hood and a van with no front hood ... usually people have drivers when they buy it ... it's actually cheaper if you just rent a van occasionally ... invest the money you are going to use to buy a van and use the earnings for renting a van ... if you really need a van, maybe consider a Hyundai Starex or Kia Carnival ...
Very respectable views in life sir. I wish there were more families that think like you do.
Ok naman ang Hiace. More than adequate power na ngayon with the 3.0 engine. Available A/T also makes it much easier to drive. For this I suggest the 12 seater Grand Starex.
I have had elderly people in their 70s and 80s climbing up our 1997 Jap surplus Granvia and 2010 Carnival, both without stepboards, with no problem. All they needed were the grab handles. Not to mention all of them were very appreciative of the abundance of space and great ride quality in both vans.

Sir GTi & Sir dct..
thank you po advise and good info..
BTW:
Pag nag-loan thru credit-line,
hati sa dalawa, for investment and car loan....
