you can register at any lto branch...
you just have to wait for 2-3 weeks for a confirmation letter na ipapadala kung san branch ka nagregister galing sa kung san nakarehistro dati yun auto. you have to pay roughly 1500 for change of ownership.bikod pa yun sa bagong registration.
thanks typhoon and happy_gilmorewill just make time for it, sayang din ung 3.5k, pang carbon clean ko na lang
guys pasingit na din kakabili lang ng kuya ko ng car kagabi although nasa amin na yun original copy ng or at cr pati deed of sale para gusto ko pa rin na makasiguro na hindi hot car yon sa TMG ba magcheck nun or okay na hawak namin na yung original na or and cr. kontin enlightment lang po
actually, before the process of the transfer of ownership, talagang pupunta ka sa TMG dahil kailangan ng LTO yung clearance from them. so what i would advise you to is to go to the TMG na, validate it, get the clearance. sooner or later you would need that during the COO process.
hth.
Kailangan nyo din naman pa verify yan sa TMG before you can change the ownership of the car.
as much as possible, have the identity of the owner proved kasi yun yung only basis na binenta sa iyo yung vehicle.
