pero change of ownership is around 200 pesos lang. yung rehistro depende sa model and year ng sasakyan.

I was wondering if the only advantage of going to a used and reputable car dealer is that you dont have to go through the hassle of going to the LTO and TMG...kasama naman ata sa price nila yung registration and transfer costs

^^ imho, di pa ata kasama, but imho, pwede mo iarrange for a certain fee. i think 5k ang fee nila dun.

konting help lang po..clear naman po sa akin ung procedure ng change of ownership, the problem is parang pinapaikot ikot ako ng 2 lto branches eh. my cr right now is at mabalacat pampanga, i am from pasig so i need to have it transferred under my name and at pasig. so i called lto mabalacat and told me that i need not go there and i just need to ask lto pasig to request a confirmation from mabalacat and that's it, go on with the process. then i called lto pasig, they do not do that daw and i really need to go to mabalacat. eh, may kalayuan ung mabalacat and ang mahal ng gas and toll fee... hingi lang ako ng advice from you guys.. thanks!

Help naman po for may inquiry, nakabili kasi ako ng 2nd hand car and I want it to be transfer to my name,when i checked the or / cr it is orig. and when i checked the CR ay may nakalagay na encumbered, but a Released mortgage paper from the bank is attached with it (original), my question is maaalis ba yung nakalagay na "encumbered" sa CR ko if I transfer the ownership to my name and ano po ba ang procedures sa pag process ng CR (change ownership) na may encumbered but has a released mortgage from the bank.

tanong ko lang kung paano tatakbo itong rehistro ng kotse ko. 2nd hand ny nabili ko sa isang taga QC. taga laguna ako so kelangan ilipat yung venue. kumuha na ko nung mga necessary papers like confirmation???, and clearance from PNP. nailipat naman yung venue pero ndi pa sa pangalan ko kasi meron pa daw kailangan kunin sa lto main (actually ndi ko alam kung anu pa yun). and tanong, eh paano ko mililipat sa name ko yung kotse??? kasi yung nakasulat dun sa OR eh yung name ng dating owner at yung name ko. somthing like "Ms. Juan dele cruz through Capt. Trillanes.." ganun yung name??? kuha pa ba ng bagong pnp clearance tapos gud to go na??? ano pa ba yung kelangan from the LTO main. tnx. (sorry kung mejo haba msg ko)

If the price breakdown you listed is written in an official receipt then it's valid.

bos roydok, yung iba dun sa sinabi ni kupaloo, outside of the OR na, like insurance, PNP, miscellaneous, macro and PNP.

since PNP does not do the collection directly (which is paid via Landbank), i doubt if these amounts are all stated sa OR. (aside from the insurance).

i have a problem. nag-pa change of ownership ako sa TMG/LTO.

yung Chassis Number sa aking OR/CR is different from the Stencil.
yung Engine Number din iba from the OR/CR.

pero pasado siya sa clearance ng TMG. will get the clearance tomorrow morning, then proceed to LTO. paano kung magka problema ako next time? ano ba pwede kong gawin.

bale i bought this car from a guy who bought it from a company in laguna. so third owner na ko. i paid P300.00 sa TMG/Landbank for the transfer and clearance. ang iba ay yung last 4 digits sa engine number / also sa chassis number.

what will i do?

I need help sa transfer ng Ownership sa LTO pasig. I have complete papers two deed of sale kasi open deed yung nabili ko and all required papers. Kaso sabi nung chief "isama ko daw yung binilhan ko" kasi daw hindi daw parehas na parehas and pirma syet. Tingin ko humihingi lang ng lagay di ko lang alam kung papano i approach, baka kasi ma offend. mga how much kaya i offer ko dun sa chief? May kilala ba kayo na puede lapitan dun sa LTO pasig.

I have bought a car wherein I am already the 3rd owner.. I am now having a hard time to change the ownership of the car...

My question is....

1. Kailangan ba ung ID(photocopy) ng previous owner ay recent/not expired...

2. Kailangan din ba na ung signature sa ID(Photocopy) eh nababasa??? Medyo kasi malabo na eh...

2. If yes, what if wala ng contact sa previous owners??? Ano maaaring gawin??


I'm actually losing hope na mai-pachange yung ownership ng car ko...

ok lang expired basta dalawa. yung pirma dapat nababasa. wala kana nung orig na xerox then pinirmahan nya ng original din?

Back read ka lang maam, meron na nangyari na ganyan din before. Alam ko puwede ka mag-request sa LTO ng special waiver since hindi mo na makita yung orig owner. May papers lang from your attorney to mke it official and legal plus notarized para sa name mo na ang ownership.
