hi guys may question ako regarding mga bird poops and tree sap. kakatapos ko lang mag wax and nung umalis ako, ka swerte naman at may bird poop na sa hood. Pag uwi ko na nilinis ng mothers insant detailer. Natanggal naman. Kaso may marka na nung shape nung poop. Paano matanggal yun?Meron din kasi dati na tree sap na after 2 days bago ko natanggal i thought matagal na kaya di matanggal yun mark E etong bird poop wala pa isang araw, nag marka na siya. Kahit yung cleaner wax like Kaio, di siya nawawala. Pag sinilip mo na pa angle, doon mo lang siya makikita. Ano un, nag embed na sa paint? Bakit ang bilis naman... Ano pwede pang tanggal na hindi makKaaffect sa topcoat? Thanks!

Bird droppings really can etch quickly - I've read cases where they were left less than an hour, and already etched. Unfortunately, if the marks aren't coming off with KAIO, the only recourse will be to polish the etching off. Start with a pre-wax cleaner like Mother's Step 1, which is only mildly abrasive, and step up the abrasiveness as needed.

Thanks umi! Malas naman. There's no chance pala... kailngan maabutan silang fresh pa. Gastos nanaman.. I just hope mother's step 1 will do. If ever, it comes off, do i need to apply kaio/ksg/collinite on that small part again?

Oh.. I forgot to ask din if ever i won't remove the etch, will it get deeper?

You will, as the step 1 will remove any existing wax or sealant layers. As long as you've cleaned the dropping from the paint, it won't get any worse.

Get a good quality microfiber cloth - Microtex terry microfibers are only 119 each, and will suffice for most paint tasks. For a more plush cloth, get the Microtex Plush - 199, but worth the money (I'd actually recommend this, as it's a very versatile towel, with both a long-nap and short-nap side).

paggising ko ng 2PM e sabi ng maid ko e umulan kanina umaga at natuyo na ang ulan sa kotse. so lumabas ako at kita ko may watermarks. nag QD ako ayun tanggal ang watermarks. galing ng UQW...it's a week old UQW na sya...

mukhang naparami yung wax mo sir hehehe...pero ako kasi nag gloves ako pag nag wax e...

If that doesn't work, use alcohol, and then wash your hands in soap/joy - they alcohol will dissolve the wax, and the soap/joy will bind to it and then be washed off by the water.
