your KAIO should be able to restore back yung slickness without you claying again. if you have the time why not do it ASAP

I don't like detailing at night. Our lighting in the garage is sh1tty.

I have to rub the kaio or apply it thin lang and buff after?

We have bought our car 2nd hand and i noticed na andaming dirt na parang na "bake" na together with the clear coat. i tried kerosene but to no avail. there were also small deep scratches, swirl marks and tons of microscratches na parang kailangan na ng paint shop skills and equipment para maalis.

since i already bought a sachet each of the microtex nanofil and nanosil and a 125mL bottle of nanoglos, nevertheless sinubukan ko nalang din maglagay ng microtex step 1 to 3 despite the aforementioned dirt because curious ako kung kaya ba i mask ng nanofil and nanosil ang microscratches and swirl marks. clean naman yung surface except for the baked dust and scratches. ginawa ko kanina is only step 1 and 2 kasi i had to go for an important errand. bukas naman ang step 3, but i will "blower" off the dust muna before proceeding.

have you tried using zonrox colorsafe dilluted with water (konti lng zonrox. just like when doing it at home) to remove dirt and hardened wax residue? i think it's harmful to the wax though, pero what if mag sstart ka palang from a clean slate (no wax and all)?

    before waxing:

    after step 1 and 2:

^ here, only the hood is finished. was trying to compare the before and the after hehe.

i can say na the swirlmarks are masked to some degree, but they are still there. same goes with the microscratches. how many minutes/hours ba usually ang curing time in between layers of nanofil, nanosil then nanoglos? ako i did step 1-2 almost immediately kasi. hehe. TIA mga boss and pardon me for my noob questions, hehe.

Paint correction is better off with shops with their tools. Contact TDS The Detail Studio Pasig on fb/phone for a quote ..probably less than 2000php. In Laguna South Side Auto Detail is nice too. Then you can just do maintenance washes. You will be 100x happier ........than doing it by hand which wont achieve your required necessary paint correction.

Di ko alam kung di marunong ung laging nag ddetail ng sasakyan namin. One time pinalagyan ko ng 476S Collinite yung vios. Ang dami natuyo na wax. Reason niya di daw matanggal sa sobrang kapit. Kaya need to apply another layer of different wax sa parts na may natuyo

I'm doing it per panel. I finished the front fender pa lang. The KAIO works! But it's a total pain to apply. I'm rubbing it until I don't feel the graininess in the towel/applicator anymore.

I don't think I can finish this tonight. Can I appl V07 on the finished panel and then KSG next week?

It will really be an excercise to remove the graininess, just check your applicator pad often, baka madumi na.

You can put KAIO in a spray bottle, just spritz on panel, then use a damp flat cotton, the one used for the face, as the pad, change cotton, every panel.
This method will prevent over application of product, mas madali spread and remove due to damp cotton.

As for v7, if you need serious protection, just use ksg instead.

Usually if i have a dried was sa panel, nag reapply lang ako ng same wax, the solvent in the wax will help liquify ulit yung dried wax.

Oh my goodness. It looks like I need 1 whole day for this. Thanks for the tips. I don't understand why I sometimes skip cleaning my car for a week but this time it got grainy I'm using the orange microtex towel and folded it several times. I use another side when dirty na

Why not claybar it instead? You'll be wasting a lot of kaio, unless in that way you're abrading the paint lesser. Try microtex claybar. Haven't tried it yet though. Quite cheap last time i inquired.

nag parked si wifey sa isang mall sa amin sa Pangasinan last week, without her knowing na may nagpipintura above ng parking. nung hinugasan yung car the other day saka lang nakita panay over spray ng white paint sa roof at part ng hood nasayang naman yung pagod ko na kada bakasyon ko ay nag diy detailing ako, trying hard para i-maintain yung black paint to make life easier, dinala na sa big berts kanina for a full detailing package no choice but di kaya ng powers ko yung paint over sprays, enthusiast lang tayo sa detailing, let the professionals do their job this time...
