mga sir tanong lang po kung meron kayong alam na magaling mag underwash. yung tipong detailed yung ilalim ng sasakyan, tinatanggal din ang gulong para malinis lahat sa ilalim? kung meron , how much? how long does it take? Maganda kasi malinis body tapos pagsilip sa ilalim parang bago parin. Thanks.
AFAIK, the full detail package of Big berts has that... PM Blackmagic for a quotation

Nice! :D Yung Xtrail namin may roof rack. Para magamit yung ROP dun, kelangan pang baklasin. ang hirap din hugasan.

patopig: don't use scratchX with a machine. best used by hand. there's a polymer in scratchX that turns the product gummy when exposed to heat generated by ROP / Rotary. BTW, try to get better pads from Megs or 3M and check if your backing plate supports velcro. this makes life so much easier.

oh before I forget to mention, congrats on your new toy.

patopig: by the way, don't use a rubbing compound with your ROP. too harsh. and this will cause hazing / marring on your paint.. get some polishes muna and practice.

ILD! Thanks for the pix! Yup! Your ROP is the same as mine. So yung black na waffle ang hahanapin ko!

Dehadista: Thanks! Ehehehe. I used the wrong stuff in my excitement. At least I tried them on our really old delivery pickup. Hehehe. I will do what ILD did. Stick a lot of velcro strips to the rubber backing plate!

patopig: One time before I knew better, i used a rubbing compund with a rotary to get some scratches. and with a wool pad pa. BAD MOVE. ended up taking away too much clear.

change the pads to a much "fluffier" one? would the 3M pads do?
sorry for the late answer. seems medyo natabunan na ng ibang posts. anyway, 3M would be good for your ROP. get the polishing and finishing foam pads. BTW, check to make sure your backing plate supports velcro.

dehadista: Does simex carry 6" pads? the waffle pads am using is only 5". What do you pads do you suggest to use with a paint cleaner and wax?

yup meron Megs 6" pads ang simex. for ROP use, I suggest using Polishing (cleaning) and Finishing (Pure Wax, sealants) Pads. A MF Bonnet wrapped in a Polishing Pad would be ideal for wax removal.

Ang mabenta sa Simex na Pad ay yung Yellow Polishing Pads ng Megs. versatile kasi. pwede for polishing and for wax application.

Personally, I reserve the Cutting Pads for the Rotary.

Alright! thanks again dehadista. Am definitely goin to simex and getting 'em pads

O ayan patopig, you can visit simex for your pads.

matagal naman magagamit ang foam pads. its a good investment.

BTW, aabot na 'to sa 500 posts ah...

OT: ILD, since you started this thread, you should make the next post hehehe.

I didn't expect this thread to go on this long, dami din palang detailers dito. Thanks sa mga inputs niyo.

    Edit:

Dehadista: Any idea how much the 6" pads cost? price range? Thanks.
