    overrated na masyado BB IMO
    got really disappointed with their service. went there last september sa may ortigas to avail the complete interior/exterior detailing.

    ito ang backstory may naiwan kasing shrimp ang nanay ko sa pamamalengke niya sa loob ng car. Naiwan for a day so imagine the smell of the car. so then and there decided to go to BB kasi nga sila yung maraming feedback sa internet na maayos mag detail.

    so yun was advised na 3 days iwan yung car then yung usual list checking nila. I asked if yung mga MINOR marks/scratch sa kotse matatanggal oo daw. So after 3 days went there que horror shiny lang yung car pero yung mga scratches andoon pa rin hindi daw kinaya maremove. BUT the worst thing of all the smell of the car alang pinagbago makes me wonder kung talagang nag interior detail sila. pinaiwan namin yung carpet kasi nga grabe pa rin ang amoy. eh may magagawa pa ba ko I paid and left na lang iniisip ko na lang karma's a bitch makakahanap rin kayo ng katapat niyong bad customer.

    You should have consulted the manager or jeff/vince regarding your issue. I think that a complete interior detail wouldn't guarantee that the smell will completely disappear. Like when your shoes get submerged in flood water, even after washing it will still stink.

    i have already forwarded this to Vinz, the managing partner at ortigas. he recalls that your car was a civic es.
    he still remembers your last conversation and
    you said "Kaya nga pinadetail kasi mabaho"
    Vinz: "kita nyo naman malinis di ba? saan po ba natapon yung hipon?"
    you: "sa trunk, naka plastic yung hipon"
    Vinz: sige iwan nyo na lang po yung trunk carpet, para ibabad ulit namin"

    we have already encountered so many cars that had similar odor problem you did. example was a nissan sentra that was submerged in flood waters and the car smelled like feces. the client would visit the shop and watched us for days, how we detailed his car, and washed several times his carpet. after seeing us repeatedly wash the carpet and foam, the odor was still there. in the end he decided to replaced the foam under the carpet. but there was still a slight odor.

    replacing the trunk carpet is not part of our service. and neither is repainting.

    may i ask if you noticed that the interior was clean when you got the car? regardless of the shrimp odor.

    we did our job, and the odor problem is beyond our capabilities, we are offended by your "Karma comment" it's uncalled for.

    yes there are positive and negative feedbacks here, and we do take them seriously. regarding the deleted posts, you can always PM the admin.

    We do take negative feedbacks in a constructive way. But we draw the line when negative feedbacks become way too personal like your "karma" comment. An ocular inspection of the vehicle proves it was cleaned. The odor was just too strong to be removed by a full interior detail. Try buying Burlington Biofresh socks. These socks retain a certain "fragrance" even after several washings. I understand that you feel we did not live up to your expectations but insinuating that we never really did an interior detail is just below the belt.

    or it could also be the other way around. The dashboard has discolored or faded while the part covered by the anti slip mat has been preserved. This was the case with a pair of Japan surplus seats brought into our shop before. The part covered by the seatbelt was black while the other parts were dark purple. The purple part was originally black but faded due to exposure to the sun while the seatbelt served as a cover thus preserving the original black color under it.

    if you are assuming that we did not detail the interior of your vehicle, please provide proofs. like what vince said, an ocular inspection of your vehicle's interior proves that it was cleaned.

    FYI, the strong and unpleasant odor of your vehicle could have penetrated the dashboard and the AC system, that's why it's hard to remove.

    regarding your karma comment, though offensive and below the belt, you like everyone else are entitled to your own opinion/comment. regarding the "makakahanap rin kami ng katapat na bad customer" comment, don't worry, I think we just did...although I don't agree dun sa word na katapat.

    we appreciate your concerns for other forumers but please again provide proofs that availing of our services will cause the customers to suffer. as far as we're concerned, we did everything within the scope of work in your car.

    suggestion lang sir,

    may mga car deodorizer sa concorde and blade.

    i bought one for my ride dati, because i usually smoke cigs while driving before. base on my experience, a week or two, nawala na yung amoy ng cigarette. effective din siya sa mga fishy foul odor. ginagamit kase minsan sa pamamalenke yung auto ko, so medyo amoy hilaw na ulam specially mga isda at hipon etc..

    yung pinakamalala lang nun, butas pala yung palanggana na pinagpatungan ng pinamili, ayun, ang baho, pero nakuha naman ng isang laba at 2 sachet ng downy yung lansa ng carpet sa trunk, then wala na yung foul odor na naiwan sa kotse after few days.

    I have a two week old black car. What recommendation can you give to me regarding protection of the paint. I also notice that some sticky things are clinging on the side(underneath) the car. I also notice that it has some swirl on the side door. I constantly travel from Malabon to Navotas. You cannot travel here without dipping your tire in a wet puddle.
    I'm also planning to install a side skirt on my car. Do I have to have it detailed before installation or the other way around?
    Can I have an estimate on this? How long does it take for the car to be detailed? I only have a day for it since the car is needed at 4:30 PM. My car is an Innova.

    sir, kung bago mo iniwan ang car mo sa kanila ay na inform ka na di nila kayang tangalin 100 percent ang amoy palagay ko po wala ka ng dapat masabi pero kung di ka nasabihan palagay ko po mayroon silang kakulangan din o baka hindi kayo nagkaintindihan

    sir peppermint kung hindi pa rin po natanggal yung amoy try using charcoal, maglagay ka ng fist size or a lil smaller sa trunk mo every corner sir ang paglagay, it works well...

    big berts may araw ka rin, makakapunta na ako dyan i cant wait for your magic sa aking mahal na kotse , sana walang gaanong tao after new year para mabilis lang... hehehe . sir impulz or sir black magic may discount po ba ang tsikot members? hehehe. God bless ingat!

    Hi Team BB,

    I have a two-month-old black car and unfortunately i found out the other day that swirls and light scratches were visible on the hood and trunk part . may i ask if these can be remove if im going to avail the optiguard program? TIA.

    Swirls can be removed by polishing, if not, then by compounding. If its just light swirls, the light polish paint cleaner we use in our paint protection service might be able to deal with it. I can give a more accurate assessment if you can drop by our shop so i can inspect the surface up close.
