yung unang beses ko dumaan sa bb sa ortigas ang reason ng pagpunta ko doon ay para ipa-polish ung windshield ng kotse ko kase daming water marks kahit na 2mnths old palang nahihirapan ako sa gabi specially that time na parating umuulan, i ask muna how much 350 daw. sabi ko sige walang problema basta maging clear ung vision ko.. and then ok naman mabait naman yung mga crew sa shop. and then nung tapos na i find it very clear more than my expectations, pero after that medyo naturn off lang ako ng konti kase parang nag base ako sa mga nababasa ko dito na ung may ari mismo ang nagfi-final check bago paalisin, sya pa mismo binigyan ko ng bayad pero hindi man lang niya tinignan ung auto ko after matapos.. pero kinalimutan ko na un since sobrang clear naman ng windshield ko. pero ito ang gusto ko malaman talaga bang after 2days nag sstart na ulit bumalik ung mga water marks? anyone na nakapag pa windshield polish na sa bb do u have same experience? para kaseng 1 night stand ang dating the next wala na ung effect. sorry for the word wala ako maisip na explanation.hehe
2nd time naman na pagpunta ko doon ay para sa wash and wax,,
ganun parin ok naman yung mga staff nila, kaso ung service ewan ko ba bakit parang pag kotse ko na hindi masyadong inaayos ung service, bakit ko nafefeel un, una pag dating ko may honda civic, akala ko 3steps detailing ung ginawa kse sobrang tagal nilang winax at tagal nilang pinunasan ng micro fiber cloth, nung ang kotse ko na ang nilagyan ng wax, parang pinadaanan lang tapos yung taga punas ng micro fiber kung hindi ko pa sakanya ituturo yung mga ibang part ng kotse ko na hindi niya napunasan talagang hindi nya nakikita at wala siyang balak punasan yung may sobrang wax kaya ako na mismo ang nagtuturo sakanya. tapos yung staff niya na nag-apply ng wax tinanong ko kung anung paraan para matanggal yung gasgas sa may door ang sagot lang niya saken, mamaya na.. hanggang sa kinalimutan niya na ako sagutin. at ang huli katulad parin ng dati inabot ko ang bayad ng hindi man lang dinouble check nung supervisor at nung manager/ owner ang kotse ko bago ako umaalis.. nandun ako sa tabi ng kotse ko kaya alam ko kung isa sakanila ay inikutan yung kotse ko o hindi pero wala talaga...
un ang experience ko sa BB i hope hindi ninyo iyon maexperience...

Sir regarding the windshield, we never guaranteed that after our service, the windshield would become immune to watermarks. It is like bleaching your stained clothes. It doesnt mean the shirt should become stain repellant after bleaching. I dont think any shop would claim that after their service, the car becomes maintenance free.
Regarding the waxing, we offer different services. These services differ in procedures therefore different amounts of time are needed as per service. For a wash n wax, we use an orbital machine to apply the wax. For a wash and double wax, we use a rotary buffer to apply the wax.
Several factors need to be considered starting with the condition of the car. If you felt the civic was getting preferential treatment, you could have simply asked us what particular service the civic availed of. His car is different from your car so saying why we spent more time on his car without getting into details is unfair to us and the owner of the civic. He might have requested us to remove some stains on his car thus requiring us to use more wax and effort.
Based on your recount, you personally supervised your car, our crew did not ask us for a final inspection anymore since you personally did the inspection. We also do our inspection "after" the crew informs us that they are ready to have the car checked. We dont preempt them as much as possible while they are still working on the car.

Sir there's no way naman to repel watermarks. Prevention oo pwede. You can wipe dry ASAP your glass kapag naulanan. Kasi acid rain yan eh alam nyo naman kung gaano karumi dito sa Pinas, so talagang mage-etch sa glass yan even sa paint kapag di naagapan.

We wipe the glass panels clean before we proceed with taping of the rubber edges then proceed with polishing. We make sure the glass is free from grit before we do polishing to avoid contaminants from causing scratches. If needed we repeat the wiping of the glass before we start polishing. If there are still contaminants after wiping, we use a scraper to remove them first.
I have a question, can you guys do something about loose dashboards? Kasi kada may humps or uneven roads po ako na nadadaanan eh ung dash board kumakalansing at umaalog so this gives me the feel that the car is very unstable. Pati mga siding ganun diin eh.
up ko lang 'to. i use Elevo products. yung pang water marks at maintenance something. sobrang sulit ng products! i apllied it in our Grand starex and after 2 weeks na nakababad lang sa araw(di namin ginagarahe) wala pa din watermarks. dati kasi, nagpa cleaning din kami sa labas. after 3 days e bumalik na naman. nasayang lang pera ko.
I'm hoping to get the Optiguard treatement for my 2 week old car. I also have some water spots on my windshield and hood already. During the 1st treatment of Optiguard will the removal of the water spots be included?
and how long will the 1st treatment take to complete? not sure if i should be going there 1st thing in the morning ..or if pwede around lunch time. thanks.
i just availed of the optiguard paint protection program at bb araneta.
im very satisfied naman with the work. my car actually looks glossier, which i thought wasnt possible because the car is less than a week old. protection wise, well see.

i have a couple of observations lang.
1. the car seems to attract more dust after the optiguard. not sure if this is due to the chemicals or imagination ko lang.
2. mabilis lang ung process, it took just two hours (arrived at 2pm the entire process was done by 4 pm). which makes me wonder. what ive read from other threads, it was supposed to be about 4 hours.
3. nakalimutan ibalik ung plate number (in this case ung plate with the name of the dealer since wala pa plate yung oto). on one side okay din naman yun because it showed na pati ung likod ng plates sinama although dapat binalik after. no problem naman to sa akin. pinabalik ko naman bago ako umalis.
4. nalagyan ng puting wax or chemical yung side mirrors (around the edges lang naman) and it was not removed or cleaned (either nilinis din pero may naiwan or hindi talaga nalinis yong side mirror). hindi naman to problema. i just expected more. this also shows na hindi sila ganun ka oc with thier services/quality control.
5. sa loob naman, mukhang hindi din masyado nalinis if nalinis nga. baka kunting pagpag lang. sweat stains kasi sa manibela hindi natangal, plus may alikabok pa sa dash (loose fibers). malinis naman kasi ung loob to begin with since practically new ung oto.
other than some minor dissatisfaction, over all naman masaya ako with bb services. next time siguro babantayan ko hehehe.
one more thing pala, nang paalis na ako natalsikan pa ng tubig ung otowhich made me squirm. kasi ung car wash area is along the exit dapat pag may lalabas wag muna mag spray hehehe.
finally, i give BB a 7 out of 10. I will be back for more. pero sana sa paranaque na para malapit lapit hehehe.

Normally the optiguard maintenance session takes 3 to 4 hours when 2 of our crew are working on the vehicle. In your case, 5 people were assigned to work on your car since medyo light ang load ng shop that day. Your car was finished by 4pm but it took us and additional half an hour for final inspection.
Regarding the stain in the steering wheel, Optiguard only includes light dusting and does not cover stain removal.

Just wanted to ask about the difference between the Optiguard New Pain Protection Program worth 4500 vs. the one time paint protection 1000.
What services will not be included in the 1000 worth service? I suppose the first 2 items below will not included. Other than that, what else are the exclusions. You can just put an "X" mark so I would know.
I am weighing my options if I would go for a quarterly 1000 paint protection program rather than the 4500 just to avoid the one time big cost.

Optiguard is a year-long paint protection program while new car paint protection is a one-time service. Basically, the new car paint protection service is similar to the maintenance session of Optiguard.
Optiguard includes a full exterior detail (paint detail) service and 3 quarterly maintenance sessions.
Optiguard does not include any service on the windshield. If the watermarks on the hood are light, the maintenance session should be able to take care of that, otherwise, a paint detailing session will be done for the first session. We have to take a look at your vehicle to be able to assess correctly what service should be done.
Maintenance sessions normally takes around 3 hours while the paint detailing session takes 6 to 8 hours.
