BUT the worst thing of all the smell of the car alang pinagbago makes me wonder kung talagang nag interior detail sila. pinaiwan namin yung carpet kasi nga grabe pa rin ang amoy. eh may magagawa pa ba ko I paid and left na lang iniisip ko na lang karma's a bitch makakahanap rin kayo ng katapat niyong bad customer.

if you are assuming that we did not detail the interior of your vehicle, please provide proofs. like what vince said, an ocular inspection of your vehicle's interior proves that it was cleaned.

FYI, the strong and unpleasant odor of your vehicle could have penetrated the dashboard and the AC system, that's why it's hard to remove.

regarding your karma comment, though offensive and below the belt, you like everyone else are entitled to your own opinion/comment. regarding the "makakahanap rin kami ng katapat na bad customer" comment, don't worry, I think we just did...although I don't agree dun sa word na katapat.

NOTE: sana naman hindi i-delete ito ng mga moderators. this a forum and should have both positive and negative feedbacks. ayaw kong mag suffer din ang ibang katulad ko na nawili sa positive comments for BB (kaya nga doon ako nagpadetail). It also gives the company the chance to improve their work.

we appreciate your concerns for other forumers but please again provide proofs that availing of our services will cause the customers to suffer. as far as we're concerned, we did everything within the scope of work in your car.
