hi Oyil
Please do correct me if I happen to be wrong: the last stamping plant in the country I heard of was of Ford, and it was phased out or sold out to China. In the ASEAN region, we specialize in supplying the car manufacturing world with good transmissions systems. You'd have to be a resourceful & determined car enthusiast/businessman to put up a stamping facility here. Well, that's how I understand it to be. Please bear with me & my little knowledge of car manufacturing. I'm also currently doing my own research.

Perhaps the local Wrangler(?) jeep facility (wherever that is) can help members of this forum. I think the local assembler was able to stamp some panels, while using some fiberglass for their other parts.
I'll ask around for more info.
Regards to all
