Hmmm. Hein had a last post here last night which was un-complimentary to certain people but which, in my opinion, raised a valid point about the commercial viability of certain designs.
The fact that such post is no longer present speaks volumes about the tolerance of the moderators for dissenting opinions. If there is no room for such opinions in this thread, in this board, I have a feeling the value of this forum has just been greatly reduced.
There should be room for both boosters and detractors. Shutting out the people who disagree is like Hitler holed up in the Fuhrerbunker refusing to listen to opinions which contradicted his delusions.
To be more specific: this thread is turning into a mutual-admiration society. And Hein, spoilsport and wet blanket that s/he was, provided a for me much-needed dose of reality. Never mind if that reality has a tendency to dampen the enthusiasm of everyone. If you're strong enough to go forward with this project, you can do it in spite of Hein's naysaying.
But deleting his/her posts because they don't suit you does not serve anything.
