Toyota is willing to release a vios without DP as long as it will be used for uber. Three drivers already confirmed this.

Not sure how well they're doing, but an operator who drives his own wigo and has another mirage for uber duties is still quite happy with what he's earning. Both are bank loaned and payable in 5 years with the low DP packages.

Mas mainam if you look at Uber as a means of asset maximization such as you have a car and driver who has a sizeable downtime during certain hours so there you can have him do the rounds.

Hindi ba sapat yung mga kita nila sa surge? Dati panay uber ako from sm north up to makati around 6:15am. Dahil may surge na tinigil ko na. Lately napasilip ako 5:00am times 2 agad surge sa sm north! Mukhang marami pa ring tumatangkilik nito.

I was offered a role for Uber so I got to see their office before. Nothing impressive compared to other multinationals. I like Nestle's building more - especially the elevator and CR. Mas ok pa rin kapag iyo yung buong building.

P&G has a new office in one of the new Net buildings, better than Nestle pa daw. Haven't gone in though.

di ko na tinanong sa isang officemate ko na may uber pero not personally driven. kinuha yung resibo ko sa email tapos sabi nya ipopost daw nya as a warning. siguro para wala na mag hire sa driver?

Overcharged nanaman ako sa uber. Usual 160php rate with traffic jam, naging 258php.
Checked the trip and, it was more than 2-3km the usual distance and about 20 min longer duration than the actual. Tsk
Tagal pa nila mag credit, had to give the driver a 1 star rating kahit ok naman, i really feel it was the systems fault and not the driver.

Tried uber from manila roxas blvd to east avenue qc last week on a weekday around 6pm. Travel time just barely an hour. bill is 275 pero since first ride ko and with 200 pesos free uber ride, 75 lang yung charged sa credit card. Maganda sana para bawas magdala ng car. Pero I live in Valenzuela and itrtry ko sana sa valenzuela pero walang available na uber palagi sa area namin. Pero okay pa rin ito kasi I hate going in manila with a car during weekdays. Plano ko talaga if pupunta ako ng manila is to park my car sa work place ko sa qc then uber na lang papuntang manila.

Pagkaka alam ko bago mo i-confirm yung trip mo ay may notice na dun kung x2 or x4 ang charge sayo. siguro sayo na yung problem kung di mo napansin at na overcharge ka. Kawawa yung driver kung binigyan mo ng 1 star na hindi naman nya kasalanan. Malaking bagay kasi yung ratings sa kanila.
