Feeling ng Pinoy major market ang PH kaya umalis si uber sa SEA dahil sa LTFRB. [emoji23]

Akalain mo iniipit kasi and na fine uber ng LTFRB kaya nag pull out sila sa buong SEA.

IMHO, Uber decided to quit while they were ahead, take the money and run. Their disruptive strategies exhausted them (just look at their debacle with LTFRB), and they ran out of energy. By selling out to grab in exchange for stocks they will just sit back and collect their dividends, and let grab do all the work. Not a bad business decision, but one reason why we can't have nice things :-(

We can't have nice things because we want good things in life but are not willing to pay for it.
