I agree that no one is forced tobuse grab the same way no one is forced to use fixed rate taxi at airports. You pay what you ask for.

If you can't pay, indeed there are other forms of transportation. That is the sad reality. Unless a new competitio comes along with a better package then people are left to choose with what is available.
