Suzuki Celerio 2020 CVT. I’m not sure kung tama ba pagkakaintindi ko. Not sure kung required ba or not kaya gusto ko din sana iclarify dito. Hehe

Kaya pala. Yung nandyan sa owner's manual is an auto gear shift

Yung sa atin kasi is a regular torque converter CVT.

Always start the car in P, that's a safeguard in case you forgot to set the parking brake.

Ah okay, so safe to say na i-start ang engine when in P?

If okay lang na i-start ang engine sa P, then what’s the use of N? Pag traffic lang, or matagal kang magstop?

I usually put it on N sa stop and go traffic that would last at least 60secs.

Pero sa pag start ng engine, usually sa park this is to guard your car not to move forward or backward kung hindi pantay ang parking and hindi ka naka handbrake...

Also, wala sa manual na sinabi put it on N then step on the brake and start your engine... goodluck sir!

Use P when going to park. Use N on all others. Especially when there is a risk of collision. U don't want to transmission to be stuck in P when u get bumped. Transmission damage yan, sureball.

Oo nga. 1st time lang naencounter na shift to N muna bago start ignition.
