one of my rfids e hindi gumagana since nung binili 2 weeks ago. called up CS pero walang sumasagot, kahit ilang redial na. sent a feedback wala pa ring sumagot. useless!!! puntahan ko na lang yung installation site to have it fixed.

I did the same thing: Headlight Sticker was replaced by the installer. So far 1 successful pass at the gate out of 14. Before replacement, I was averaging 2 out of 10.

May nakapag cancel na po ba ng Auto debit arrangement sa Epass and transfer existing balance to RFID ? How long does it take po?

Ako 2 weeks ko nang binabalak ipa-cancel ang ADA sa epass and transfer to RFID.
Ang problema, lagi naman busy ang 888-8787 hotline nila. Uminit na tenga ko kakakinig ng busy instrumental nila.

Baka mas mabilis idaan na lang sa office nila.

I did. When you apply for RFID , they will automatically transfer your balance from epass to RFID and you have to fill up auto debit authorization for RFID. Yung auto transfer has also a form cancelling your epass and transfer acct balance to RFID.

They accepted your form? I tried doing that when I applied for RFID at Shell Magallanes, the form was returned back to me dahil kailangan ko daw muna ipa-cancel ang ADA sa epass hotline para maitransfer ang balance to RFID.

Hindi sya registered as utility bill ADA sa Citibank so hindi pwede sa kanila i-cancel.

Yes. That's strange as they did all the conversion for me. I just fill-up and sign the forms, nothing more.

Technically dapat ganun since it's radio. Sa ibang bansa like US open toll system sila. Meron roads na pag dumaan ka automatic mababawasan load mo or via credit without slowing down. I forgot kung anong tawag nila sa road na yun. Even at 100kph without slowing down nababasa sya. Ang sensor nasa taas via an arch. If you dont have that RFID device sa kotse mo and dumaan ka dun, may camera and papadalhan ka ng bill or I think ticket so wala kang lusot.

Problem dito sa atin, LTO car registration pa lang wala na sa ayos. Kahit pa lagyan mo ng camera yun, ang record sa LTO baka original owner pa. So pag pinadalhan mo ng ticket or bill, wala rin.

Kaya yung RFID natin closed system. May barrier. Eh as it is, madame nga pasaway na driver, mga 500 meters before the booth may nakalagay na na "RFID only" pero pumapasok pa rin sila kahit wala naman RFID. Sa akin dapat malaki penalty nyan. Ang ginagawa ng mga toll booth operator eh pinagbabayad lang ng toll or pinapaatras para lumipat sa cash booth. Kaya cause of traffic. Dapat ticket na kaagad yun eh.

ang solusyon dyan eh dapat yun plate number sa owner, pag nag palit ka ng kotse dapat dala mo yun plate number para ikabit sa bago mong kotse.

i agree, adequate naman ang signs before reaching the toll gate, some motorist are just not attentive because there is no penalty...

and to add, correct! closed/barrier system tayo sa pinas due to weak law implementation of said LTO above, placing high speed cameras to bypass un-read RFID tags are useless at baka pa peke ang plaka or di naka rehistro sa tama owner...

its again the government's fault, something majority of tax payer totally ignore... VOTE DUTERTE and lets all contribute to fix this...

More often ang problematic na rfid is tyng nakakabit sa headlight.

Yung sa akin sa windshield once pa lang hindi nabasa and so far up to now wala pa ako problem

Probably the quality of the RFID system (the RFID card and sensor) may be one cause. Or a lot of calibrating still has to be done.

Returned to the rfid installer. Sinubukan naman ikabit sa windshield. Apparently, naaapektuhan daw ng chrome bumper ko ang rfid signal. Altho me light tint yung windshield ko pero 2 out of 2 na sya so far. Fingers crossed.

may nagpa install na ba dito ng RFID sa Slex at RFID ng coastal road? 2 RFID ba yun? or Same company sya kaya isa lang?
