The ETC lanes are very frustrating right now and the past few days/weeks. Masmatagal pa e. That's why if I see that there's a long line and the cash lane is very fast, I'll just stick with the cash lane. Tutal sa exit ko naman e hindi rin naman ganon kahaba ang pila sa cash lane. What a scam. They forced us to use RFID pero parati namang pumapalya.
Pilot phase kasi. Tayo ang beta testers tayo pa nagbayad.

I won't complain much about RFID's glitches as the system hasn't charged me with two exits already 😁
I hate the new system. I did notice that the e pass lanes are much longer now than cash! Paano puro miss yung mga baka RFID. Geez! Why even oblige us epass users to switch to RFID. I paid more than a thousand for this device pa! I've been an epass user since year 2000 and I never had any problems
Plus I don't get a beep with RFID.

What i've noticed, yung 2 kotse ko na nasa windshield ang RFID, no problem sa reading, though naturally mabagal. Pero yung Isang nasa headlight nakadikit, susmaryosep, ang daming miss. Inisip ko na nga inidikit na lang yung card sa driver side window para hindi na ako abot ng abot sa tellers.
Before ni-roll out sa public, diba last year may "RFID" signs na sa toll gates? Ibig sabihin the infra was already installed, hindi ba nila ni-pilot testing yun that time?
Kung ganyan na lagi namang miss ang RFID, sana nilagay na lang yung RFID sticker sa card tapos may reader na naka-install sa tollbooth. Driver slows down to tap the card on the reader, tapos. No need for trial-and-error by slowing down to see if the sticker is read, tapos aatras pa minsan para iabot ang card sa teller, na minsan nasa kabilang booth pa.
Kung pwede lang tanggalin temporarily ang sticker, gamitin ko muna ang old epass ko.
sana pinag-isipan nila e 'no? it's just bad project implementation. product not properly tested and insufficient early life support. and don't tell me that they have properly tested it because if so, e di sana walang problema ngayon.
one of my rfids e hindi gumagana since nung binili 2 weeks ago. called up CS pero walang sumasagot, kahit ilang redial na. sent a feedback wala pa ring sumagot. useless!!! puntahan ko na lang yung installation site to have it fixed.

hanggang ngayon di parin ako kumukuha ng RFID, lahat epass parin gamit, at halos hindi pumapalpak pagdumadaan ako.
Sana hindi e-phase out sa april.
Sabi sa epass hotline, wala daw silang abiso na aalisin sila by april.

It has been a few days and my account has not been deducted despite using my RFI daily. I am thinking twice of reloading my account.
May nakapag cancel na po ba ng Auto debit arrangement sa Epass and transfer existing balance to RFID ? How long does it take po?
