lets use common sense here, using the same road capacity then limit the users = improvement on flow due to that you have reduced the users, but there is a flaw, some have coding cars so they are not affected... thus govt is cooking a new law to increase taxes on new cars!
but as you see, it all boils down to taxes taxes taxes...
ok sana ang coding kung ang plan is to reduce muna due to on-going expansion/construction of roads, ang laki ng problema ng metro manila, nag sisiksikan tayo dito, di tayo maka expand sa probinsya kase maliit ang kalsada pag labas ng expressway... since 2016 na dapat mandatory 4 lanes minimum ang kalsada

C6: Bulacan-Rizal-Manila-Cavite Regional Expressway
R1: Roxas Boulevard
R2: Taft Avenue
R3: SLEX
R4: Shaw Boulevard
R5: Ortigas Avenue
R6: Magsaysay Boulevard / Aurora Boulevard
R7: Quezon Avenue / Commonweath Avenue
R8: A. Bonifacio Avenue
R9: Rizal Avenue
R10: Del Pan / Marcos Highway / MacArthur Highway
