October 13th, 2016 07:56 AM #22Well, people should really stop beating the system so it'll work as it's supposed to.
I get it that it's our inept government's fault but let's do our share as citizens and work for the common good. Andyan na yan eh.

Coding is good in conjunction with strict implementation of ALL traffic laws.
Yun sinasabi volume ang reason ng traffic is in my opinion maliit minor compared to PUVs penchant for stopping just about anywhere to wait and pick passengers.
Why don't they try to apprehend ng totoo yun mga PUV violators. Implement nila the way they are doing it now fight against drugs.
Pag walang sagabal mabilis naman makakarsting sa destination ang mga private cars eh. After reaching their destination theyre off the streets.
Common denominator Meron mga buses or Jeeps nagsasakay
Kahit Hinde EDSA sa mga service road na lang pag Meron jeep sa harap mo either you'll slow down or stop completely dahil mag baba or magsakay Siya but after mo ma cut jeep direyso na takbo until the next PUJ

October 13th, 2016 09:39 AM #26we can start with the colorums. that should be easy. if even the wildest suspicions are remotely true, a random check should yield results. kung walang papeles sa sunvisor or ashtray compartment, impound agad! "sa impounding area na magpakita ng papeles na nalimutan sa upisina."
then the illegally parked, lalo na yung may kabute na sa ilalim. hataq agad! heavy fine para matuto. outright confiscation and never to be returned, if habitual. like that stretch of southbound south superhighway just past pasay road. it's been a parking lot of heavy vehicles atbp since time immemorial.
like what others have already said... no need for new laws. what we need is a serious enforcement of already existing laws.
btw. private vehicles, once they reach their destinations, usually ligpit na yan for the rest of the day. PU vehicles, on the other hand, pa-ikot-ikot yan 24/7 or 18/7.
a helicopter's eye view of the traffic should easily show which classification of motor vehicle is the most plentiful on the trafficked roads, as well as what are the more common causes of traffic.Last edited by dr. d; October 13th, 2016 at 10:06 AM.

October 17th, 2016 12:50 AM #27We need to figure out a way na mabawasan ang sasakyan sa kalye the same rate na nadadagdagan sya. Kahit na 100% of drivers sumunod sa batas, there is still no way around the simple math: mas maraming nadadagdag na auto kesa sa nawawala every year. Mag offer nalang ang govt ng cash for clunkers. Itapon sa dagat yang mga kaha para maging coral reef haha.

Nakatulong na suspended ang classes today (kung kelan di nanaman umulan).
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
