    1. EC Trip lanes with "Top Up" booths (you pay the teller)
    2. Online Banking (i.e. Bancnet, BPI, Chinabank); has a P 10.00 charge though.

Alam ko pag ti-now ka na ay dun ka lang magbabayad, pero walang tiket hanggat wala kang nasira sa expressway, or fellow motorist.

Hassle! I got a ticket for not wearing seatbelt when I entered the toll (barely 5 meters after entering) and I had to spend a whole day in LTO East Ave!
Kaya do not get a ticket sa mga toll roads natin!

At least you'll always make sure to buckle up right before driving off after that experience.

Hay nako yan ang mga nagtitipid sa gulong... Siguro kalbo na ang gulong niyan oh kaya puro patches. Yan ang nangyayari sa mga maneho lang ng maneho pero di nag-aalaga ng kotse. Ayun, nagalit.

What da... Di ko alam yan ah. Good thing I was first taught how to drive in Taiwan, so driving with a fastened seatbelt is hardwired into my mind.

Nlex personnel are very considerate, they don't issue ticket as much as possible. They will help you if you have trouble/s with your vehicle, last option na yung ticket.

To be safe, get an AAP membership

If you are ignorant of the "real Filipino" driving attitude, dont fool us all!

Besides, your alien-mind show your real personality.

Actually, any country with a real formal driving test requires that you buckle up prior to starting and moving off. If you fail to do so, it's a minus.

It's important that all occupants wear their seatbelts as i've seen accidents where the front passenger got injured because of the rear passenger going forward and hitting at full force (the entire front seatback was even bent forward).

hehe thanks sa reactions guys ... what I forgot to mention is the reason I didn't have my seat belt on was because I removed it when I reached for my wallet in back pocket and I was just about to clip it on again when I got apprehended mere meters from the toll booth... I tried explaining that to the officer but ofcourse he wouldn't hear any of it. Wear seatbelts all the time folks.
