I guess they'll be implementing a no contact apprehension policy too. If not now, then maybe in the future. Sana they just be generous on the leeway so long as conditions allow.
On my way North last Monday evening, it was raining and there was a trailer truck running at around 90-100kph and tailgating at the same time. Too bad I did not have my dash cam in the car I was using as he was prime example of the "nawalan ng preno" and idadahilan when his irresponsible driving causes sh**.
Suki ako sa lane na yan on the viaduct (just be very alert and leave room to slow down and avoid in any case, as there's really not much space to avoid).
Last night I was driving from Angeles to San Fernando and this new Civic blasted by on the shoulder lane.

Actual road shoulder or on the third outer lane? As far as I know, wala pa third lane in that section of NLEX.
Mayrun monitoring cameras yung NLEX sa viaduct but no speed cameras.
Besides, doing over 120kmh at viaduct creates a bobbing sensation inside the car and the small gaps between road sections make an annoying sound.
