    i agree.. dapat gawing SOP na bago ilabas ang sasakyan sa casa may plates na.. para wala nang hassle.. how hard is it to do that? mag issue lang sila nang mga plates sa mga casa na registered na i ma match na lang don sa sasakyan.. mahirap ba yun?

    Minsan inaabot pa yata ng isang buwan bago mo makuha plaka mo..susmaryosep..tapos isuehan ka ng temporary receipt na no plates available..ngayon kakabakaba ka pa at baka masita ka sa daan ..yan pa pagmumulan ng kotong..

    O baka naman meron "rush" para mapabilis ang paggawa ng plaka..

    Masyadong behind ang systema ng transportation dyan sa atin..

    minsan na ako nagtrabaho sa transport sector at nag process ng mga plaka (at least 7 times) sa LTO main (QC), at napatunayan kong kayang mag labas ng plaka ng LTO sa loob ng 4 hrs or the most is within the day, KUNG.... tama ang presyo... kung magkano, dipende sa dami ng i-aapply mong unit at sa laki ng company mo, at syempre, parang palengke, pag suki, bumababa ang presyo sa mga sumusunod na transaksyon.

    dapat lahat tayo mawalan ng ng tiwala sa gobyerno... boycott na ito, tama na ang pang aapi, panahon pa lang ng kastila kinukurakot na tayo!

    I noticed in quite a handful of brand new vehicles here in NCR that the new letter combinations that LTO releases now are "FJD-xxx"

    ako rin sir nakalagay lang sa glove compartment. pero since wala na sticker sa license plate baka obligahan na ilagay na ung sticker sa windshield or baka pwede i-laminate na lang at ilagay lang sa dashboard kita pa rin.

    LTO will finally release daw the new plates this April 2014. O baka 2015 pa. My concerns are paano mga nag special plates or OMVSP. Tska paano kung magpaparepair ka na kailangan pa paint bumpers or paano kung replace windshield ka. Yung 3rd plate daw will be the sticker sa windshield. Wala kasi akong makitang memorandum sa lto site or guidelines man lang.

    Kung uniformed na plate numbers ,dapat maging collector 's item na lang mga old plate,kasi alam ko atin na yun ng bayaran natin rehistro,kung may gnagamit pa nito (old plate)yun ang dapat hulihin

    Siguro naman yung added numeric number sana sa umpisa ilagay para hindi maapektuhan coding days

    Sabi kasi sa isang article na nabasa ko all plates are affected from 1981-present.
    Kagulo yan kapag hindi ganyan ang mangyari.

    They'll probably add a "0" at the start. If that's the case, at least my daily drive will be 0123 :D
