Di pa naman actual na nasusubukan..tingnan muna natin in action, then kung talagang sablay, ikaw na rin ang manguna sa pagreklamo..hindi lang dito sa forum at papost post lang ha,walang kwenta yun.

Dapat yung talagang solid na action, mag file ka siguro ng TRO o mag welga ka sa tapat ng LTO o kaya magkalap ka ng sang milyon na signature etc etc...para di mag mukhang reklamador o whiner lang o atapang lang sa forums..

Tama si Oliver, subukan muna. Baka naman effective sa mga colorum, then suggest sa LTO kung may flaws para maperfect ang sistema..

i agree hintayin muna natin lumabas.. may dahilan kaya ganon ang screw.. para hindi na mailipat lipat ang mga plate numbers.. which I think is good naman..

at the expense of regular, law-abiding citizens? who let's say only needs to have his car's bumper repainted must now shell out addition $$$ for the replacement plate and screws? makatarungan ba yun?

sana kung medyo special plate number mo same yung first digit kung dadagdagan man nila. kung 777 dapat maging 7777. or at least retain the 3-digit format. its one way of knowing at a glance kung old model na yung vehicle.

bakit need ipa-repaint ang bumper? due to accidents? may insurance naman to cover these di po ba? at kung ayaw natin magbayad ng participation fee, dun sa bumunggo natin ipa-shoulder. To sum it up, regular, law abiding citizens should have their cars insured.

license plate number portability, much like mobile number portability "down under" is but a dream here in PHL, because eternally palpak ang LTO.

hinde ko talaga ma gets yun dinadahilan na repaint ng bumper? eh kung wasak bumper or malaki tama that merit a repainting it means the plate number and its screws is the laeast of your concern...

abala lang kasi. waste of time and money for end-users.

issue ko lang naman talaga ay yung screw, siguro sa ibang may 6-digit monthly income ay di big deal yung 450 for replacement plates, or yung abala sa pagrequest dahil may mauutusan. hehehe

for me its unnecessary. yung palit-plaka okay lang sakin para di iba-iba ang plate design ng mga sasakyan.

Dapat wala nang special plate. Ano pang dahilan ng standardization ng lto kung magkaka special plate pa rin?

i work for the government, im not a leftist though. alam ko ang masalimuot na sistema ng gobyerno, i have seen it with my own eyes. yung simpleng new rules tapos implement agad tapos pag may gusot o problema ipapatigil ang pinatupad tapos ire-revise, that's waste of taxpayer's money, waste of time and waste of money for us end-users.

yung logic sa self-destruct screws para maiwasan ang lipat-plaka? what if ilipat ko yung buong bumper to another same model/color vehilcle? definitely not fool-proof.

so dont tell me nagrereklamo ako agad bago ma-impose dahil isa sa impromptu work ko sa gobyerno ay punahin ang maling patakaran at magpropose ng bago. pero uunahan ko na kayo, baka may magsabing

Ung vios ko 2015 pa ako magrerehistro.

Ung dala next year january and april pa.

So ibig bang sabihin, pupunta na ko LTO to request change of platr or I will wait until magrenew ako ng rehistro?
